L'aspect consommation électrique étant fondamentale pour les applications envisagées, nous proposons également des modèles d'estimation de la consommation. En utilisant cette approche, nous montrons qu'il est possible de simuler et d'estimer la consommation d'un circuit complexe tel qu'un amplificateur de puissance radio-fréquence linéarisé.
