Para dar solución a esta problemática, se dividió el trabajo en cuatro capítulos. En el primer capítulo se presenta la descripción de la empresa, así como también las ventajas de la estandarización de procesos y los sistemas de producción. En el segundo, se presenta el análisis de la situación actual de todos los procesos de producción. En el tercer capítulo, se presentan las propuestas de mejora con el plan de producción, así como también el plan de implementación de los cambios propuestos. Finalmente se detallan los beneficios que se lograrán y el análisis beneficio - costo. De este modo, se llega a la conclusión de que para lograr el crecimiento de una PYME es necesario el mejoramiento de los procesos de producción para poder estar en la capacidad de abastecer a los clientes con sus pedidos en los tiempos establecidos.
