Nell’ultimo biennio si è assistito anche ad un significativo riassestamento della giurisprudenza di legittimità che, attraverso il “progetto esecuzioni” della terza sezione civile della Corte di Cassazione, ha risolto a livello interpretativo le questioni che presentavano significativi contrasti tra i giudici di merito e di legittimità. Il Manuale affronta in maniera approfondita le “nuove” tematiche ed opera una rilettura sistematica degli istituti che sono stati interessati dai più recenti interventi operati dal legislatore e dalla giurisprudenza.
