Tools like the importance of words, the power of beliefs, writing affirmations, the power of intention, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, the importance of sound in healing and the law of attraction. Things aren’t always as they seem, there is more, far more than we can see with our eyes. We need to be silent, learn to listen and “Be still and know that I am God.”
