Book excerpt: Love, the essential ingredient that binds everything bringing a whole new fathom to our respective lives. We have yet to truly scratch the surface or even digest or comprehend its alluring everlasting power. In our childhood, we are all attracted by the big book that yields simple defining words beside the colourful images that are designed to prepare us for life. These fascinating colours and words will reign forever in our conscience. I have tried to capture that youthful book element and hope that it holds with the readers attention. That the words and photos ring true to the aspects o our beautiful life within the auspices of love. From an early age I was mentored by a great man, wise and humble in his approach to life. He felt it his duty to inform me that the sole purpose of life was about each individual identifying themselves with the love. Further still, that life without the love essence was wasteful and meaningless, that we should essentially be educated in the art of love. I strove in my own haphazard way to understand eventually, absorbing some of his remarks and pondering long and hard on them. The end result is a book striking in its wording and illustrated images, as I have attempted to encompass every facet of the life that is love. I hope that my own words accompanied with the photos contain an imaginative, invigorating, political and philosophical element, some of which are humorous but all laced with the undercurrent of love.

Book excerpt: What Keeps Us from Flourishing? We all long to live out our faith with daily joy, but so often that joy eludes us. Why is that? More often than we realize, it’s because we’ve absorbed messages that curve us in on ourselves. These messages have even crept into the church, disguised as truth. It’s time we learn to discern teaching that’s toxic from that which is true and pure. Flourish equips us with tools to identify the lies that come at us about where to find real life. As we dig deep into what God says in his Word, we will learn to discern the worldly influences that threaten to warp our understanding of what it really means to be a Christian, and emerge with a faith that flourishes—full of the abundant life Jesus promises.

Book Riveting Poems

Download or read book Riveting Poems written by Seth Kinstle and published by Seth Kinstle. This book was released on with total page 477 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book contains many collections of poetry. Which are for sale individually. It’s broken into nine sections. Some of the poems are personal and others are imaginative. Some were written as songs for music genres such as rock or hip-hop. I’ve broken away from what a poet should be. I didn’t want to make some cliche love book or something. I wanted to write real poems without holding back. I didn’t want to limit myself to any writing style. I wrote with the confidence that poetry shouldn’t always be sad or about love. Life is full of different emotions and experiences. I realized that a poem doesn’t even have to make sense. That’s one of the beautiful things about poetry. The freedom to write whatever one wants to. I want to thank you for taking a peek at my book. I hope you find these works of art enjoyable. Even though they can seem complicated at times. I wanted to combine different words like an evil scientist of poetry. The words mean so much more than any one person could realize. With that being said I’ll leave you to it.

In I'll See You In My Dreams, a depressed, miserable man longs to escape to the world of a recurring dream, where the perfect woman is waiting for him. In How To Write A Dirty Book, a down-on-his-luck screenwriter in 1959 Hollywood takes on the challenge of writing a naughty novel as a way to supplement his meager income with surprising results! In Opening Out of Town, a bickering vacationing couple lose their way and stumble onto an all-singing, all-dancing small town. In Your Worst Nightmare, a seventy-two-year-old man seeks revenge against an Internet tormentor. Striving for and finding HAPPINESS is a theme throughout the book with an excitement of action, which has a similarity to a WILL ROGERS or MARK TWAIN adventure. I have been compelled to write inspirational and thought-inducing stories with moral fiber resulting from my awesome OUT-OF-BODY EXPERIENCE, occurring during the VIETNAM WAR following a bullet wound through my chest. Why I, an infantry grunt, reentered my lifeless body with a newness of LIFE AND ENERGY, I questioned. WHY! One significant reason for my rebirth is to share my views of WAR'S intensity, devastation, and our alternatives to war with you. Also, I need to share with the world now and throughout the ARCHIVES OF TIME why LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS.
