Book La Transformation du rapport salarial

Download or read book La Transformation du rapport salarial written by Christian Le Bas and published by Presses Universitaires de Lyon. This book was released on 1987 with total page 220 pages.

Download or read book RAPPORT SALARIAL ET TRANSFORMATION SYSTEMIQUE written by Violaine Delteil and published by . This book was released on 1999 with total page 553 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LA THESE SE PROPOSE DE DECHIFFRER LES TRANSFORMATIONS DES ECONOMIES POST-SOCIALISTES AU REGARD D'UNE ANALYSE DU RAPPORT SALARIAL. ELLE S'APPUIE SUR UNE ANALYSE COMPARATIVE DES TRAJECTOIRES HONGROISE ET BULGARE QUI PERMET DE SOULIGNER LA DIVERSITE DES PROCESSUS DE RECOMPOSITION SYSTEMIQUE. AFIN DE POSER LES ENJEUX THEORIQUES DE LA TRANSITION, LA PREMIERE PARTIE DE LA THESE REVIENT SUR LES FONDEMENTS RESPECTIFS DES "ECONOMIES MARCHANDES DEVELOPPEES" (OBJECTIF AFFICHE DE LA TRANSITION) ET DES "ECONOMIES DE TYPE SOVIETIQUE" (SYSTEMES DE DEPART). CETTE PREMIERE PARTIE SE CLOT SUR UNE COMPARAISON DES PROCESSUS D'ENTREE EN CRISE DES ECONOMIES SOCIALISTES HONGROISE ET BULGARE. CETTE MISE EN PARALLELE REVELE LA DIVERGENCE DES DYNAMIQUES DE RUPTURE, OU SEULE LA CRISE HONGROISE GENERE L'EMERGENCE DENOUVEAUX RAPPORTS DE TRAVAIL ET D'UN MODE DE REGULATION ALTERNATIF. LA SECONDE PARTIE EST CENTREE SUR LA PHASE DE TRANSITION. LES DYNAMIQUES NATIONALES DE TRANSFORMATION DU RAPPORT SALARIAL SONT EXPLICITEES A PARTIR D'UNE ANALYSE SECTORIELLE. EN HONGRIE, LA REVALORISATION DU CAPITAL HUMAIN ET L'ACTIVATION DU MARCHE EXTERNE DU TRAVAIL VONT DE PAIR AVEC UNE RESTRUCTURATION INDUSTRIELLE RELATIVEMENTACTIVE DICTANT LE RETOUR A LA CROISSANCE DES 1993. EN BULGARIE, LES REPONSES SONT BIEN DAVANTAGE PASSIVES, PROLONGEANT LA "CRISE TRANSFORMATIONNELLE". LE ROLE JOUE PAR L'ETAT EST DECISIF POUR EXPLIQUER LA DIVERGENCE DES DEUX TRAJECTOIRES. EN HONGRIE, L'ETAT ATTENUE LE COUT SOCIAL DE LA TRANSITION, FAVORISE LA REINTERMEDIATION DU SYSTEME ET PARTICIPE A POSER LES BASES D'UN CAPITALISME "MIXTE" DE TYPE "OUEST-EUROPEEN". EN BULGARIE, LA REGULATION ETATIQUE DEFAILLANTE IMPULSE L'EMERGENCE D'UN CAPITALISME "ATYPIQUE" MARQUE PAR LE SOUS-DEVELOPPEMENT DES RAPPORTS MARCHANDS ET L'ESSOR DE MEDIATIONS CORPORTATISTES ET CLIENTELISTES. ENFIN, SONT DISCUTES LES PERSPECTIVES D'INTEGRATION EUROPEENNE ET L'IMPACT DE LA GLOBALISATION.

Book The Changing Soul of Europe

Download or read book The Changing Soul of Europe written by Helena Vilaça and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2016-03-23 with total page 263 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book paves the way for a more enlarged discussion on religion and migration phenomena in countries of Northern and Southern Europe. From a comparative perspective, these are regions with very different religious traditions and different historical State/Church relations. Although official religion persisted longer in Nordic Protestant countries than in South Mediterranean countries, levels of secularization are higher. In the last decades, both Northern and Southern Europe have received strong flows of newcomers. From this perspective, the book presents through various theoretical lenses and empirical researches the impact mobility and consequent religious transnationalism have on multiple aspects of culture and social life in societies where the religious landscapes are increasingly diverse. The chapters demonstrate that we are dealing with complex scenarios: different contexts of reception, different countries of origin, various ethnicities and religious traditions (Catholics, Orthodox and Evangelical Christians, Muslims, Buddhists). Having become plural spaces, our societies tend to be far more concerned with the issue of social integration rather than with that of social identities reconstruction in society as a whole, often ignoring that today religion manifests itself as a plurality of religions. In short, what are the implications of newcomers for the religious life of Europe and for the redesign of its soul?

Book Women and Recession Routledge Revivals

Download or read book Women and Recession Routledge Revivals written by Jill Rubery and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2010-10-18 with total page 260 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Originally published in 1988, this book compiles a collection of works investigating the impact of recession on women's employment. The authors argue that the most important explanation of differences in women's experience between the countries is the form of labour market regulation and organisation. They point out that current changes in these forms of regulation, and not displacement of female labour, pose the main threat to any gains that women have made in the labour market in the post- World War II period.

Book Restructuring the Economy of the 21st Century in Japan and Germany

Download or read book Restructuring the Economy of the 21st Century in Japan and Germany written by Franz Schober and published by Duncker & Humblot. This book was released on 2015 with total page 230 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book contains the revised and updated versions of twelve papers which were presented at the 17th joint seminar of the faculties of economics of the Universities of Nagoya and Freiburg. The seminar took place in 1997 in Nagoya and marked the 25th anniversary of the cooperation between both faculties. The subjects of the book concentrate on long-term economic and business issues common to Japan and Germany on the turn of our century.Firstly, both countries experience continuing and interrelated problems in the labor market, budget deficits, demographic changes and the future of the social security system. Secondly, globalization, technical progress and shift of social values lead to structural changes of the economy and its institutions, particularly to deregulations and network economies. As a consequence, new ways of cooperation between firms, customers and suppliers will be established. Thirdly, the network economy changes also the inner structure and management of the companies in both countries including new organizational patterns such as the holding company or the virtual enterprise, the tight cooperation of small and medium-sized companies, human resource management and compensation.Although the broad issues in both countries - as in other mature economies - are essentially the same, the details under the surface are different and therefore ask for different solutions. The identification of these similarities and differences by theoretical and empirical methods constituted a key objective of the seminar, as well as of previous seminars.

Book Young People and Work

Download or read book Young People and Work written by Robin Price and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2016-02-11 with total page 310 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This edited book brings together empirical studies of young people in paid employment from a variety of disciplinary perspectives and in different national settings. In the context of increasing youth labour market participation rates and debates about the value of early employment, it draws on multi-level analyses to reflect the complexity of the field. Each of the three sections of the book explores a key aspect of young people's employment: their experience of work, intersections between work and education, and the impact of other actors and institutions. The book contributes to broadening and strengthening knowledge about the opportunities and constraints that young people face during their formative experiences in the labour market. This book will be required reading for all those working in the fields of sociology, employment relations and education
