Nos travaux depuis quinze ans se sont intéressés à la gestion des processus d'innovation, au management de projets, aux structures organisationnelles, dispositifs, instrumentations, routines mis en place dans les métiers de conception. Ils s'appuient sur l'étude approfondie de ces processus dans des entreprises industrielles notamment dans les secteurs de la chimie, la pharmacie. Dans cette synthèse, nous articulons nos apports autour de trois thèmes : Diffusion et pertinence de nouveaux modèles d'organisation par projet ; Organisation des métiers d'expertise : structure des départements de recherche industrielle, pilotage des processus de développement de connaissances nouvelles ; Articulation entre dynamiques d'innovation et stratégie de l'entreprise: typologie de stratégies innovantes, implications sur l'organisation de la conception.
