Pertanto, una moderna gestione aziendale trova sempre più legittimazione nel contemporaneo rispetto delle responsabilità economiche, sociali ed ambientali di una organizzazione plurisistemica come l’impresa, che opera nella società e per la società. Il presente volume approfondisce questi temi seguendo un approccio multidimensionale per analizzare la CSR sia sul piano teorico che applicativo. In particolare, partendo dai collegamenti con le teorie dell’impresa e dal superamento della separazione tra etica ed economia, questo lavoro affronta l’impatto strategico e finanziario della responsabilità sociale, oltre alle relazioni sinergiche con i principi di una corporate governance orientata alla tutela degli stakeholder aziendali. Il legame di fiducia con questi ultimi è vitale per l’impresa, per questo il libro approfondisce il tema della disclosure sociale come tool per rafforzare le relazioni con i diversi gruppi di interesse. Infine, data l’era digitale in cui impresa e società interagiscono, il libro si sofferma sul crowdfunding come modello di stakeholder engagement e di finanziamento per le imprese sociali.
