Cet intérêt s'accompagne d'une hausse régulière du nombre de pharmacies engagées dans des démarches qualité. L'objectif de ce travail est après avoir discuté l'intérêt d'une démarche qualité de type ISO 9001 : 2015 à l'officine, d'identifier les référentiels qualité métier existants pouvant aider le pharmacien à mettre en place cette norme généraliste dans le cadre de la pharmacie d'officine. Dans un premier temps, nous sommes revenue sur les liens entre qualité, stratégie et environnement de l'entreprise. Nous avons exposé les enjeux de la qualité à l'officine. Puis nous avons exposé les principes de la norme ISO 9001 : 2015. Dans un deuxième temps, nous nous sommes focalisée sur la mise en oeuvre des exigences de la norme ISO 9001 : 2015 dans le contexte officinal. Nous avons analysé les différents outils et référentiels existants. Enfin, nous, nous sommes intéressée aux ressources utiles à la mise en place d'une telle démarche, que ce soit pour la formation ou pour l'accompagnement du projet. Nous présentons également plusieurs voies d'accès à la certification.

Après avoir rappelé les termes fondamentaux de la qualité, je me suis intéressée d’abord aux exigences mentionnées dans la norme ISO 9001 : 2008. Ensuite, j’ai décrit les étapes importantes à réaliser pour mettre en place une démarche qualité dans le but d’obtenir une certification ISO 9001 : 2008 pour son officine.Les intérêts d’une démarche qualité sont nombreux. La certification n’est pas forcément une fin en soi. Le but essentiel est de satisfaire l’ensemble des partenaires de l’officine : équipe officinale, clients, fournisseurs. La qualité permet de prouver la sécurité, l’efficacité de ses services. Elle apparait donc au travers de ce travail comme étant essentielle pour l’avenir du pharmacien afin d’affirmer son rôle dans la chaîne du médicament
