El Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo de Lausana (Suiza) es la corte arbitral encargada de resolver los litigios relativos a la explotación de todo tipo de derechos relacionados con el mundo del deporte, de las sanciones que las federaciones internacionales o la Agencia Mundial Antidopaje impone a los deportistas o de los conflictos surgidos durante la celebración de unos Juegos Olímpicos, porque la problemática conflictual del deporte profesional no se compadece bien con las jurisdicciones estatales. La colección Atelier Derecho Global pretende ser referente de investigación en lengua española en torno al complejo fenómeno de la globalización jurídica. Fenómeno cuyo impacto es realmente interdisciplinar, porque afecta a todas las disciplinas jurídicas tradicionales.
