The JM was previously known as the United States Attorneys' Manual (USAM). It was comprehensively revised and renamed in 2018. CONTENTS - Volume 2 Title 9: Criminal The Department of Justice is one of those government agencies intended to protect the public and this manual presents the statutes, rules, and other authority that govern the Department.
