The International HIV/AIDS Alliance is a non-governmental organization (NGO), which was established in 1993. It channels technical, financial, and managerial support to partners, which are NGO support programs in thirteen different countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. In turn these organizations support local NGOs and community responses to HIV/AIDS.
