In dieser Arbeit soll speziell die Inklusion als Herausforderung für die Grundschulleitung analysiert werden. Dies impliziert eine Auseinandersetzung mit der Umsetzung von Inklusion auf Mesoebene sowie Mikroebene. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit besteht darin, die strukturellen Voraussetzungen zu untersuchen, die für die Implementierung von Inklusion nötig sind, als auch die inklusive Unterrichtspraxis zu analysieren. Anschließend sollen im Interview mit Grundschulleitern die Schwierigkeiten bei der Umsetzung erfasst werden. Durch vier qualitative Experteninterviews an Grundschulen wird dieses Problem anhand von Erfahrungen aus der Praxis aufgezeigt und auf einer theoretischen Ebene betrachtet.

Dabei stehen besonders pädagogische Herausforderungen und Chancen im Alltag im Fokus. Zunächst wird der geschichtliche Kontext der Inklusion aufgezeigt. Daraufhin wird die Entwicklung des sonderpädagogischen Schulwesens dargestellt und gezeigt, auf welche Art und Weise diese Entwicklung stattgefunden hat. Durch diese detaillierte Darstellung der Entwicklung des sonderpädagogischen Schulwesens soll gezeigt werden, inwieweit Menschen mit Behinderung in das deutsche Schulsystem integriert werden sollten. Hierzu wird der Begriff der Inklusion von anderen Begrifflichkeiten abgegrenzt und definiert. Zudem werden die Forderungen der Inklusion erörtert. Im Weiteren Verlauf wird einleitend auf die Heterogenität in inklusiven Lernsettings eingegangen, indem zunächst eine theoretische Grundlage zur Inklusion im Schulsystem gegeben wird. Daraufhin wird die Performative Theorie der Behinderung, ein Heterogenitätskonzept der Inklusionspädagogik, von Jan Weisser dargelegt. Dieses Konzept zeigt, dass Heterogenität ein Kennzeichen von allen Schulklassen und nicht nur in inklusiv beschulten Klassen vorzufinden ist. Im zweiten Teil geht es hauptsächlich um ein anschauliches didaktisches Modell für heterogene Lerngruppen. Das Modell der entwicklungslogischen Didaktik von Georg Feuser beschäftigt sich mit dem Recht von Kindern mit Behinderung. Diese haben nicht nur das Recht auf individuelles Lernen, sondern darüber hinaus müssen die Lernvoraussetzungen individuell und optimal an jede Schülerin und jeden Schüler angepasst werden. Mithilfe dieses Kapitels soll ein theoretisches Grundverständnis geschaffen werden, um weitere Inhalte verstehen zu können.

According to empirical evidence, one of the most important success factors in implementing inclusive schooling are the attitudes of the actors involved. Previous studies have shown that positive attitudes towards inclusive schooling are not only a condition for success regarding the implementation, but also an important outcome variable of inclusive education. The present study provides empirical insights into the attitudes towards students with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders. A study called ATIS-STEP (Attitudes Towards Inclusive Schooling - Students', TEachers' and Parents' Attitudes) was conducted in the school year 2016/17 in 48 inclusive classrooms in Austria. It is the first study to provide longitudinal data that examines the attitudes of the three different stakeholder groups: students, teachers and parents. Furthermore, the interdependency of the attitudes of the three groups, as well as the influence of previous contact experience on the attitudes are analyzed and discussed.
