Book excerpt: Introduction : l'exercice coordonné pluriprofessionnel (EPC) en structure coordonnée ; maison de santé pluriprofessionnelle (MSP) et communauté professionnelle territoriale de santé (CPTS) ; est relativement récent en France et est encouragé par les politiques de santé ces dernières années afin de répondre aux défis auxquels est confronté notre système de santé. Néanmoins, sa mise en place n'est pas toujours évidente. Objectif principal : identifier les freins et leviers à l'ECP auprès de professionnels travaillant en structure coordonnée. Matériel et méthode : la méthode du groupe nominal a été utilisée pour interroger quatre groupes de professionnels travaillant en structure coordonnée : médecins généralistes (MG), infirmiers diplômés d'État (IDE) et en pratique avancée (IPA), masseurs-kinésithérapeutes diplômés d'Etat (MKDE) et pharmaciens, entre décembre 2023 et mars 2024. Résultats : les principaux freins et leviers identifiés sont globalement similaires entre les groupes de professionnels. Les principaux freins sont organisationnels (manque de temps), individuel (manque de motivation) et interindividuels (méconnaissance des rôles des professionnels et manque de communication). Les principaux leviers sont individuel (conviction des bénéfices de l'EPC pour les patients) et organisationnels (avoir des outils et moyens communicationnels efficaces et l'attractivité du travail en structure coordonnée, MSP et CPTS). Conclusion : la connaissance des freins et leviers à l'EPC est essentielle et peut permettre de développer des solutions afin de rendre sa mise en place effective. Cette étude peut servir de base de réflexion et guider les professionnels ainsi que les décideurs politiques afin de permettre un ECP réussi.
