Strategic planning is undoubtedly the path to success for any task. Whether at the level of individuals or groups or different entities, reaching the goal without planning is daydreaming, and failure to plan is tantamount to planning for loss. Therefore, the beginning of success in achieving goals is drawing the road, and this comes through proper planning based on study and not on reaction and randomness. Human resources management is the one that sets strategic plans and studies and analyzes them to make the right decision, then follows up on the implementation of the plan until reaching the drawn goals. If human resources management is prepared for that, success will be an ally of the strategic plan. Today the focus on people’s sustainability is gaining incredible momentum because people are one of the most important resources and are the way to implement strategies and plans to meet the needs of those who live on this planet. They are an effective tool for achieving what can be called sustainable profit. Without this sustainable profit, there is no future for any business.
