During those sixteen decades, many thousands of people participated in the church sacraments of baptism, marriage, burial, confirmation and communion. Since civil registration in Baltimore City did not commence until 1875, nineteenth-century church records may be the only source of information about otherwise unrecorded countless lives. This volume contains extractions, transcriptions, and translations of data from baptismal, marriage, burial, confirmation, and communion entries in Trinity's only surviving church register, which dates from 1853 to 1877. It also contains an index to every recorded individual from the register. There are roughly 26,000 entries.
