The following pages comprise all the matter in the manuscript excepting the warrants, the majority of which contain nothing of importance not repeated in substance in the proceedings of the meetings, and the printing of them would have largely increased the size and expense of the work. They were carefully scanned, however, and extracts embodying articles of which no record of action appears, curious passages, or other matter of interest, are frequently given in the text or in foot-notes. A few brief notes of explanation have been added, but the limits of the work and the peculiar circumstances attending its production, precluded much elaboration in this respect.
