For nearly 5 years, the DoD worked with the Polish Central Military Archives in Warsaw, the Hungarian War History Archives in Budapest, & the Archives of the Ministry of National Defense in Bucharest, using equipment & supplies provided by the DoD. Approximately 800 reels of microfilmed documents were produced.
