Book God s Redemptive Plan for Mankind

Download or read book God s Redemptive Plan for Mankind written by William Hagenburg and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2022-04-06 with total page 153 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Having over forty years of Bible study, including various Bible courses, obtaining the equivalent of a two-year college degree, and studying with a nationally known biblical scholar, the author has written this book to be a study companion to the Bible to bring the truth and message God intended. The translators of the King James Version wrote in old English and used words of their day. They used words that provided the general meaning intended, so in order to understand the full scope of God's message, we must refer to the original languages the text was written in--Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament. Key words in each verse have been explained by the original Hebrew or Greek language with the English spelling of the words and the complete definition to get a complete understanding. Additional topics of interest from the Bible have also been included. This book was written to glorify God.

Book God s Strategy in Human History

Download or read book God s Strategy in Human History written by Paul Marston and published by Wipf and Stock Publishers. This book was released on 2001-07-01 with total page 401 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Forster and Marston have delivered a stellar book that attempts to present an exegetical and Scriptural framework for the content presented in the book. Instead of beginning from a set of deductive theological assumptions and then attempting to support that system from Scripture, Forster and Marston examine Scripture and attempt to build their case directly from the text. The authors unabashedly admit that their views are very similar to those of Arminian and Weslyan traditions, but they state in the beginning of the book that they do not want to be labeled with these names, but want to construct a theology that is in line with the teachings of the first 300 years of Christianity. Anyone who reads their appendix will come to understand that the teachings presented in this book were the orthodox consensus of the early Church for the first 300 years, and that it was Augustine who introduced serious deviations into the mainstream orthodox Christianity of his time. Forster and Marston begin by describing the battle that is being waged between God and the spiritual forces that oppose Him. They examine the book of Job and see how this relates to the overall struggle. Then the authors examine the 9th chapter of Romans to see if this book is dealing with election and individual destinies, or God's actions within human history. The authors do an excellent job of arguing for their opinion that this chapter is speaking about God's involvement in human history and it deals with God's choosing of one nation or individual over another nation or individual to accomplish His purpose. Other sections of interest in this book are the sections on foreknowledge and predestination and the chapters on faith and works. The section on faith and works was particularly interesting because it relies on much of the teaching of the new perspective which has shed much light on how a 1st century Palestinian Jew would have approached Scriptural issues. The research, argumenation, and exegesis in this book are solid so every chapter is excellent, but the ones mentioned above were two of my favorites."--Amazon.com.

Download or read book God s Redemptive Plan written by Tyrone Wilson and published by Group Publishing, LLC. This book was released on 2016-03 with total page 336 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: God's Redemptive Plan was written to educate both young adults and inexperienced Christians on what God did to redeem fallen man and allow for a restoration of fellowship. More experienced Christians and those who are further along in their spiritual journey will probably find this book educational as well. Why? Because it simplifies the redemption story by describing who did what, when they did it, where it was done, and why it was done. The Bible is loaded with many historical events, promises, prophecies (fulfilled and to be fulfilled), miracles, and judgments. God's Redemptive Plan links together many of the more well-known events in the Bible-like the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, the flood in the days of Noah, the Tower of Babel, God's call of Abram, the nation of Israel, the promise land, the birth and death of Christ on the cross, and the Church just to name a few, as well as a few of the lesser-known events-like Daniel's 70 weeks, the Times of the Gentiles, the Rapture, the Antichrist, and the Tribulation Period-into one focused theme ... Redemption! You will see that these events, promises, and prophecies are not random, singular acts, but are connected events which reveal the plan God ordained to redeem man from his fallen state and restore him to fellowship through Jesus Christ. It is a fascinating, compelling story of redemption for the ages ... literally ... from the time before man was created through the end times.

Book God s Plan for Mankind

Download or read book God s Plan for Mankind written by Henry Idonije and published by Lulu.com. This book was released on 2014-04-30 with total page 528 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is about God's plan for humanity and the way of redemption for all of mankind. Jesus Christ is the ""Plan of the Father"" on how we can escape the wrath of God and the fury of darkness. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Believe or nor, you and me are sinners and we have to accept the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, who is the propitiation for our sins. All these are in the book and the contents of it. In a nut shell, the book is about God, Jesus Christ and Humanity, showing us how we can escape the fury of Satan as to his tricks in luring us to hell as we ignorantly take his course against the will of God. God has planned victory for us in Christ Jesus and whoever wants it, can have God's in His Son. The salvation and redemption of God is in Jesus Christ as God had openly declared: ""God so loved the world of humanity, that He gave His One and Only Son, that whoever believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.""

  • ISBN : 1418574643
  • Pages : 199 pages

Download or read book Think Like Jesus written by George Barna and published by Thomas Nelson. This book was released on 2005-03-30 with total page 199 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The main reason people don't act like Jesus is because they don't think like Jesus. Discover the seven core questions that Christians must be able to answer biblically in order to live a transformed life. The latest data from researcher George Barna’s polls across America shows that we are confused by the issues that confront us today. We find ourselves wrestling with what is right and wrong. Some of us cut ethical corners and don’t even know it. We often base our actions on what feels right or keeps people happy rather than on what is best or true. All because, Barna concludes, we lack an active, clear belief system based on solid, scriptural principles. Now more than ever, we need a way of life that brings us clarity in chaos, peace in the problems, and boldness in the bad times. We need a new way of seeing—a biblical perspective that guides our every thought and action. What is a biblical perspective on life? To put it simply, Barna says, it is a "way of dealing with the world so that we act like Jesus, twenty-four hours a day, because we think like Jesus. It’s like wearing a pair of eyeglasses that enable us to see things differently, to see things from God’s point of view, and to respond to these perceptions in the way He prescribes.” Think Like Jesus: Uncovers the seven core beliefs of Christianity necessary for developing a strong Christian worldview Provides a firm explanation of why Christians believe what we believe Includes detailed statistics and polls on where Americans agree with the Bible on key topics Exposes causes of concern in modern Christianity through the misalignment of key beliefs Would you like to simplify your life, shore up your moral foundations, and strengthen your Christian witness? Think Like Jesus can help you chart a path that will allow you to make a difference for eternity in your home, your job, your church, and your community.

Book God s Plan for all Mankind

Download or read book God s Plan for all Mankind written by Louis Brent Roberts and published by Gatekeeper Press. This book was released on 2021-06-12 with total page 42 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This first eBook will go a long way to giving us a better understanding of where we came from and of what we already pretty much know by instinct. That is, we have been given life by a supreme creator. We know the three pillars of eternity are: the creation, the fall of Adam and Eve and the atonement of Jesus Christ. We will learn of the creation, the fall, the location of the garden of Eden and the atonement of Jesus Christ for all. All are born into this life with the spirit or the light of Christ in them. It follows then that if we but follow and listen to that spirit it will lead us back to Christ. All are loved by Him and it is His work and glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of all mankind. It is the object and purpose of this series of eBooks to add to our knowledge of the life of Jesus Christ. We are told that a man can be saved no faster than he gains knowledge of Jesus Christ, His commandments and lives them. When the Lord speaks of being saved, He means to be worthy of returning to and living with Him. The natural man within us all, is an enemy to God and wants to move us away from this light of Christ. Satan is real and his influence on us is strong. We must seek out true knowledge from all who know truths and learn from them. God has a plan and He told and taught us about this plan in a pre-existent time before we were born. We used our eternal agency to decide if we wanted to believe and follow Him or not, in that pre-existent time. All who used that agency and chose to follow the plan were chosen to be born on this earth and receive a mortal body. Those who chose to not accept were denied a mortal body and were cast out. We will learn more about all of this as we go along. This first eBook “The Pre-existence” is to give us a better understanding of where we came from and the overall plan that has been established by God to allow us to be tested and move us ever closer to our goal of exaltation.

Book THE ULTIMATE PLAN FOR THE REDEMPTION OF MANKIND

Download or read book THE ULTIMATE PLAN FOR THE REDEMPTION OF MANKIND written by JAVIER CLEMENTE ENGONGA AVOMO and published by DelRei Books & Productions. This book was released on 2021-10-09 with total page 76 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Humanity is an exceptional creation of God, of Creation. Human beings cannot destroy themselves without also destroying that part of their divinity that exists and participates in the action of bringing about the best possible future for this special world of existence. God's Plan is the destiny of humanity revealed in prophecies from the remotest antiquity of human societies and whose destiny, ever renewed, is the Ultimate Plan of Redemption of Mankind. God does not make mistakes, and humanity's greatest mistake has always been to question the infallibility of its own Creator, and by focusing on the errors of its own existence, man has ceased to see himself as he truly is, a supreme being when he chooses to be so, and above all, when he remembers that God lives in him. All good ways lead to God, while evil ways lead us away from His light, and we know that every time we do wrong. That is the great truth. To do good is to act according to God's will, or rather, to walk carefully, looking carefully at our steps and not looking back. Javier Clemente Engonga, 10.08.2021
