Book Flyfishing Indiana

Download or read book Flyfishing Indiana written by Mike Tyburski and published by Tate Publishing & Enterprises. This book was released on 2014-04-15 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Like to fish? Every tried, or wanted to try fly-fishing? Then this is our how-to guide! Many anglers believe that fly-fishing is a sport reserved for a special few. Let's face it, it seems easier to go to your local bait shop, pick up some worms or minnows, head out to the nearest watering hole, cast out, and wait on some nibbles. Or maybe you're fond of taking the boat out to troll the lake with a crankbait or do some bass fishing while catching the breeze off the lake. Whatever the case, many anglers believe that fly-fishing is an acquired taste that is almost unattainable the regular Joe. Michael Tyburski thought the same thing. A former gun enthusiast turned catfish angler, Tyburski discusses his own venture into the world of fly-fishing and the knowledge he acquired with each passing season. Everything from the most basic fly-fishing techniques, to how to fly-fish at night or in ice, is explained in easy-to-understand terms from a regular Joe like yourself in Fly-fishing Indiana. Tyburski will guide you through the ins and outs of the fly-fishing world in a way that any angler can appreciate. There are all kinds of fishing, which includes bait casting, spin casting, spinning reels, long poles, jug fishing, freelining, you name it. But fly-fishing for me is something that has stood out the most, and even with experimenting or using other tactics, this fly-fishing thing keeps coming back and is the greatest thing I ever learned. I still think that bait casting and spin casting are very good and effective ways to fish, and there had been times when I wanted to use those rods again, but I never did! There is nothing I enjoy more than waking up in the summer morning, drinking a cup of coffee, eating a nice breakfast, and getting some good fly-fishing done.
