Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This volume contains the proceedings of the Colloquium "Analysis, Manifolds and Physics" organized in honour of Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat by her friends, collaborators and former students, on June 3, 4 and 5, 1992 in Paris. Its title accurately reflects the domains to which Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat has made essential contributions. Since the rise of General Relativity, the geometry of Manifolds has become a non-trivial part of space-time physics. At the same time, Functional Analysis has been of enormous importance in Quantum Mechanics, and Quantum Field Theory. Its role becomes decisive when one considers the global behaviour of solutions of differential systems on manifolds. In this sense, General Relativity is an exceptional theory in which the solutions of a highly non-linear system of partial differential equations define by themselves the very manifold on which they are supposed to exist. This is why a solution of Einstein's equations cannot be physically interpreted before its global behaviour is known, taking into account the entire hypothetical underlying manifold. In her youth, Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat contributed in a spectacular way to this domain stretching between physics and mathematics, when she gave the proof of the existence of solutions to Einstein's equations on differential manifolds of a quite general type. The methods she created have been worked out by the French school of mathematics, principally by Jean Leray. Her first proof of the local existence and uniqueness of solutions of Einstein's equations inspired Jean Leray's theory of general hyperbolic systems.

Book The Worldwide List of Alternative Theories and Critics

Download or read book The Worldwide List of Alternative Theories and Critics written by Jean de Climont and published by Editions d Assailly. This book was released on 2020-11-01 with total page 2426 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Worldwide List of Alternative Theories and Critics (only avalailable in english language) includes scientists involved in scientific fields. The 2023 issue of this directory includes the scientists found in the Internet. The scientists of the directory are only those involved in physics (natural philosophy). The list includes 9700 names of scientists (doctors or diplome engineers for more than 70%). Their position is shortly presented together with their proposed alternative theory when applicable. There are nearly 3500 authors of such theories, all amazingly very different from one another. The main categories of theories are presented in an other book of Jean de Climont THE ALTERNATIVE THEORIES

Book COSMIC MECHANICS How We Create Reality With Zero Point and Quantum Waves

Download or read book COSMIC MECHANICS How We Create Reality With Zero Point and Quantum Waves written by Fred Aeilts and published by Lulu.com. This book was released on 2007-06-20 with total page 307 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Recent discoveries in Quantum Mechanics have proved that there is no discrete particle or solid chunk of anything in the whole Physical Universe. It is all standing waves arising from the seething zero-point field created by cosmic beings like you and me. The properties of mass, inertia, charge and gravity are the result of space resonances produced by zero-point scalar waves. This book with color pictures details the theory, models and mathematics of zero-point scalar waves, gravity, magnetism, biophotonics, the creation of 200 trillion year old orbs that we take with us between bodies, the source of evil, the basis of vibrational healing and psychic abilities, who you really are, how hypnotism works, how your personal orb affects you, our prison planet, and how to photograph orbs. Your orb is an insidious and diabolical quantum computer that disables you and ruins your lives. If you want to know how things work in this and other universes, read this book.

Book The Failure of Pure Science

Download or read book The Failure of Pure Science written by Jean de Climont and published by Editions d Assailly. This book was released on with total page 133 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is devoted to the paradoxes, contradictions and failures of the official theoretical paradigm made of both relativity theories and quantum mechanics. It is based upon the analysis of the critics found in the Internet. Critrics are gathered within ninecategories including MMI, Sagnac experiments and cosmical redshift interpretation by relativists, absolute nature of light. There are also some critics from the philosophical point of view. The parts of this book dedicated to the alternatives theories have been placed in another book with this title: The alternative theories.

Book The Special Theory of Relativity

Download or read book The Special Theory of Relativity written by David Bohm and published by Psychology Press. This book was released on 1996 with total page 260 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book presents the theory of relativity as a unified whole. By showing that the concepts of this theory are interrelated to form a unified totality David Bohm supplements some of the more specialist courses which have tended to give students a fragmentary impression of the logical and conceptual nature of physics as a whole.

Book Phase Transitions in the Early Universe Theory and Observations

Download or read book Phase Transitions in the Early Universe Theory and Observations written by Héctor J. De Vega and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2001-11-30 with total page 618 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A fundamental, profound review of the key issues relating to the early universe and the physical processes that occurred in it. The interplay between cosmic microwave background radiation, large scale structure, and the dark matter problem are stressed, with a central focus on the crucial issue of the phase transitions in the early universe and their observable consequences: baryon symmetry, baryogenesis and cosmological fluctuations. There is an interplay between cosmology, statistical physics and particle physics in studying these problems, both at the theoretical and the experimental / observational levels. Special contributions are devoted to primordial and astrophysical black holes and to high energy cosmic rays and neutrino astrophysics. There is also a special section devoted to the International Space Station and its scientific utilization.
