Toutefois, l'adoption de logiciels libres pour les affaires (LLA) reste encore faible car elle se heurte à des barrières importantes. Notre premier objectif est d'étudier l'évolution des facteurs d'adoption des LLA dans les organisations du secteur de la santé en répliquant l'étude de Marsan et Paré (2013). Notre second objectif est de comparer les facteurs actuels d'adoption des LLA dans les organisations du secteur de la santé avec ceux du secteur financier. Les résultats des entrevues individuelles avec les experts TI dans les deux secteurs à l'étude révèlent que l'influence de plusieurs facteurs perdure dans le temps dans le secteur de la santé. De plus, plusieurs facteurs sont communs aux secteurs de la santé et des finances. Notamment, l'expérience et l'expertise internes et externes avec les logiciels libres est un facteur dont l'influence, autant temporelle qu'intersectorielle, est importante sur l'adoption de LLA.
