Book ETUDE DES ECOULEMENTS INSTATIONNAIRES DANS UNE POMPE EN REGIME DE DEMARRAGE OU EN REGIME ETABLI

Download or read book ETUDE DES ECOULEMENTS INSTATIONNAIRES DANS UNE POMPE EN REGIME DE DEMARRAGE OU EN REGIME ETABLI written by STEPHANE.. BOLPAIRE and published by . This book was released on 2000 with total page 218 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: L'ETUDE PRESENTEE S'ARTICULE EN DEUX AXES PRINCIPAUX. LE PREMIER CONCERNE L'ETUDE DES ECOULEMENTS LIES AUX INSTABILITES DE FONCTIONNEMENT DES SYSTEMES HYDRAULIQUES. NOUS AVONS POUR CELA REALISE, AU SEIN DE L'EQUIPE ENSAM DU LABORATOIRE DE MECANIQUE DE LILLE, PLUSIEURS CAMPAGNES DE MESURES VISANT A DETERMINER LE COMPORTEMENT HYDROACOUSTIQUE PASSIF D'UNE POMPE CENTRIFUGE FONCTIONNANT EN EAU. LA MATRICE DE TRANSFERT EST ALORS CALCULEE EN REGIME PERMANENT POUR UN GRAND NOMBRE DE CONDITIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT ET PERMET DE METTRE EN EVIDENCE L'INDEPENDANCE DES TERMES DE TRANSFERT VIS A VIS DE LA VITESSE DE ROTATION ET DU DEBIT LORSQUE L'ON SE SITUE ENTRE 40 ET 400 HZ. ON DEMONTRE FINALEMENT QUE L'IDENTIFICATION DES TERMES DE LA MATRICE DE TRANSFERT A PARTIR D'UN MODELE DE CONDUITE N'EST PAS SATISFAISANTE ET QU'IL EST NECESSAIRE DE DEVELOPPER DES MODELES PLUS ELABORES. LE SECOND AXE S'ATTACHE AU COMPORTEMENT DES POMPES CENTRIFUGES LORS DES DEMARRAGES RAPIDES. CES FONCTIONNEMENTS PARTICULIERS, POUR LESQUELS IL EXISTE PEU DE TRAVAUX, SONT PRINCIPALEMENT RENCONTRES DANS LE DOMAINE AEROSPATIAL. L'ETUDE DU DEVELOPPEMENT AXIAL ET RADIAL DE LA RECIRCULATION DANS LA CONDUITE D'ASPIRATION MONTRE QUE CETTE ZONE D'ECOULEMENT PARTICULIER DEPEND FORTEMENT DE LA VITESSE ET DU DEBIT ET QU'ELLE PRESENTE UN ASPECT INSTATIONNAIRE TRES MARQUE. UNE ANALYSE PAR SEPARATION DES PERTES PERMET EGALEMENT DE PROPOSER UN MODELE DE PERTES PAR RECIRCULATION. L'EXTRAPOLATION DE L'ENSEMBLE DE CES RESULTATS AU CAS D'UN DEMARRAGE RAPIDE PAR L'INTERMEDIAIRE D'ENREGISTREMENTS VIDEO PERMET, EN DERNIER LIEU, DE PROCEDER A LA REEVALUATION DU MODELE D'ECOULEMENT INSTATIONNAIRE DANS UNE POMPE CENTRIFUGE EN REGIME TRANSITOIRE PROPOSE PAR GHELICI. LES RESULTATS MONTRENT ALORS QUE LE TEMPS D'ETABLISSEMENT DE L'ECOULEMENT EST UNE DONNEE MAJEURE QU'IL EST NECESSAIRE D'ESTIMER SI L'ON SOUHAITE OBTENIR UN MODELE PREDICTIF.

Book Advances in Hydroinformatics

Download or read book Advances in Hydroinformatics written by Philippe Gourbesville and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2020-07-25 with total page 1056 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book features a collection of extended papers based on presentations given at the SimHydro 2019 conference, held in Sophia Antipolis in June 2019 with the support of French Hydrotechnic Society (SHF), focusing on “Which models for extreme situations and crisis management?” Hydraulics and related disciplines are frequently applied in extreme situations that need to be understood accurately before implementing actions and defining appropriate mitigation measures. However, in such situations currently used models may be partly irrelevant due to factors like the new physical phenomena involved, the scale of the processes, and the hypothesis included in the different numerical tools. The availability of computational resources and new capacities like GPU offers modellers the opportunity to explore various approaches to provide information for decision-makers. At the same time, the topic of crisis management has sparked interest from stakeholders who need to share a common understanding of a situation. Hydroinfomatics tools can provide essential information in crises; however, the design and integration of models in decision-support systems require further development and the engagement of various communities, such as first responders. In this context, methodologies, guidelines and standards are more and more in demand in order to ensure that the systems developed are efficient and sustainable. Exploring both the limitations and performance of current models, this book presents the latest developments based on new numerical schemes, high-performance computing, multiphysics and multiscale methods, as well as better integration of field-scale model data. As such, it will appeal to practitioners, stakeholders, researchers and engineers active in this field.

Book Bond Graph Methodology

Download or read book Bond Graph Methodology written by Wolfgang Borutzky and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2009-11-26 with total page 673 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Nowadays, engineering systems are of ever-increasing complexity and must be c- sidered asmultidisciplinary systems composed of interacting subsystems or system components from different engineering disciplines. Thus, an integration of various engineering disciplines, e.g, mechanical, electrical and control engineering in ac- current design approach is required. With regard to the systematic development and analysis of system models, interdisciplinary computer aided methodologies are - coming more and more important. A graphical description formalism particularly suited for multidisciplinary s- tems arebondgraphs devised by Professor Henry Paynter in as early as 1959 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and in use since then all over the world. This monograph is devoted exclusively to the bond graph methodology. It gives a comprehensive, in-depth, state-of-the-art presentation including recent results sc- tered over research articles and dissertations and research contributions by the - thor to a number of topics. The book systematically covers the fundamentals of developing bond graphs and deriving mathematical models from them, the recent developments in meth- ology, symbolic and numerical processing of mathematical models derived from bond graphs. Additionally it discusses modern modelling languages, the paradigm of object-oriented modelling, modern software that can be used for building and for processing of bond graph models, and provides a chapter with small case studies illustrating various applications of the methodology.
