Considerant que les etudes d'amenagement constituel'outil de base de la prise de decision dans ce domaine, nous avons etudie leur caracteristiques ainsi que les outils utilises pour leur conception. Ceci nous a c0nduit a preciser les caracteristiques de l'outil propose et a choisir l'approche systeme expert pour son elaboration. La conception de ce systeme expert d'aide a la valorisation des ressources touristiques necessite de transferer vers la machine des connaissances utilisees par les consultants touristique lorsqu'ils sont amenes a elaborer un projet d'amenagement. La nature des connaissances et du raisonnement a mettre en oeuvre dans ce systeme nous a conduit a modeliser et a repesenter les connaissances expertes. Cette modelisation est issue de l'analyse de la demarche des charges d'etudes et de l'acquisition des connaissances necessaires au raisonnement. La structuration de ces connaissances nous a permis de mettre au point un modele de connaissances bases sur un mode de representation offert par les systemes experts couplant les regles de production et le formalise objet.
