I also wanted the people with whom I have ministered, as well as those with whom I have worked hand-in-hand, to know how they have encouraged me and have been such a blessing to me. John L. Ewing, retired elder of the United Methodist Church, served four years in the Kentucky Conference as a student pastor, and 42 years as pastor in the Southern New Jersey Conference. He has been active in the work of evangelism both at home and abroad, and has always been eager to share the Good News of the Gospel. He and his wife are presently living in retirement in Kissimmee, FL, where he has been privileged to be a part of a new church, Community of Faith United Methodist Church, seeing it blossom from birth until it is now in its 11th year.
