About 110 speakers presented a wide variety of subjects, ranging from medical to psychological aspects, from interventions to organizational dilemmas, and from hypothetical new concepts to well documented reports on research projects. A selection of the papers presented are covered in this proceedings, as it was impossible to include all papers because of the sheer volume. Some papers were chosen on the basis of their actuality, others to give a good overview of the diversity of subjects covered at the congress, and still others because they deal with new/interesting points of view on special topics.
