Behavioral economy is consisted from psychology and standard economic model. Standard economic model is the way most economists think about consumer welfare and consumer choice in microeconomic environment. The positivist consumer actions can be objectively measured and tested. It focuses to predict consumer behavior, e.g. large samples of quantitative methodology. Otherwise, the interpretivist consumer action is a cause and effect relationship can't be generalized , consumption pattern and behaviors are unique, these are unpredictable. Consumer actions are unique and different both between two consumers, and/or within the same consumer at different times and situations. It can't be objectively measured, tested and generalized. It focuses the act of understanding the consumption rather than predicting the act of purchase, e.g. methodology small samples of qualitative methodology.In consumption psychological view point, the current approach is the term " dialectics" , considers all forms of human behavior, thus the current approach to the study of consumer divided into four approaches: materialism approach implies that consumer behavior is shaped by the material environment, e.g. money, possessions etc. , change approach means consumer behavior is " dynamic" in nature, it is always in a process of continuous motion, transformation and change.
