Book All Children go to Heaven

Download or read book All Children go to Heaven written by Diana Jo Rossano and published by Diana Jo Rossano. This book was released on 2023-11-29 with total page 187 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: There’s a land of bliss and beauty waiting for every child who leaves this earth in death. God returns them into His care to spend eternity laughing, singing and playing. No time to come in and take a nap. No skinned knees or tears, no sickness or being unwanted – just non-stop love and fun.! Your beloved child has left the land of the dying (earth) to enter the land of the living (Heaven) for eternity. You’ll meet three very funny angels that bring all new residents to Heaven in a Chariot of Fire from earth. At the Pearly Gates you’ll be escorted to your angel-staffed mansion. Don’t get too comfortable because you will be attending a banquet held in your honor to reunite you with family and friends who have left earth before you did! You’ll meet your escort, Jimmy, who came to live in Heaven at 12 years old from a bicycle accident. He doesn’t know heart break, never been sick, knows nothing of the hardships of life. He’s never had to grow up and you may want to call him a “Heaven Peter Pan.” Please don’t think for a moment that Heaven is a continuous time of going to church forever. Singing old hymns grandma liked, being bored while sitting on a cloud to strum your harp. No, God has a fun-packed experience planned for all His believing children. There’s fine dining at the castle, Hollywood stars entertain at the Hacienda Hiccup, there’s space exploration, meeting family and friends, seeing the River of Life with numerous banquets held in your honor, an Amusement Park with fast rides, delicious food, and no one ever gets fat! But, the best of the trip is seeing the Throne of God, seeing His face whenever you want. He doesn’t have a bat looking to hit you over the head whenever you say anything out of line. He’s full of love and He is so happy to meet you that you’ll want to live there forever. This book may be a great way to invite earth friends to learn how to go to Heaven – hint: it’s only by what Jesus did on the cross. The plan of salvation is included in easy-to-understand language. Non denominational – Jesus plus nothing equals admission to Heaven. Not a travel Agent.

Book excerpt: Women hold the key for the solution to success in our Roman Catholic Church. This key has been hidden! Rise Catholic Women will not only tell you why, but how women can unlock the secrets that have been hidden from them, and expose the unnecessary control of men in decision making in the church. This informative book provides mostly unknown facts about the reasons priests are not allowed to marry. It answers questions that our pastors have been encouraged not to discuss. Sarah Harding shows us that even though statistics show the Catholic church is doing well in the United States, the influx of the Latino communities in our Church has covered up the fact that the non- Latino Catholic population has diminished. The shortage of priests has affected the salvation of souls to a large degree. Women need to rise and face the challenge to be heard. We need all our priests, not just those who have courageously endured celibacy, but the other one third who have left the Church to marry. There are twenty-thousand priests in the United States alone who have left the Church to marry. These priests could be called back to shepherd our churches. You hold the key to unlock the door for them to help save our Roman Catholic Church in America. Note from the author: I am extremely grateful for the professional help given to me by my daughter and granddaughter, Mary Alice Loucks and Nicole McMahon.

Book From Punk to Monk

Download or read book From Punk to Monk written by Ray Cappo and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2024-04-09 with total page 378 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The heartfelt memoir of Ray Raghunath Cappo, a legendary hardcore punk musician-turned-monk—and pioneer of the straight edge movement—told with warmth, candor, and humor. Ray Cappo was a hardcore punk singer and pioneer of the straight-edge movement living on the Lower East Side of New York City in the ’80s, where his band Youth of Today played to packed clubs and touched thousands of people across the globe. But despite the accolades from fans, the popularity of his records, and the positivity he’d brought to the punk music scene, none of this success gave Ray joy. He felt stagnant, and he yearned for something more. This, along with his father’s untimely death, led him to abruptly quit the band and buy a one-way ticket to India in pursuit of the answers to life’s great mysteries. Living as a monk in the sacred city of Vrindavan and traveling across the country on a series of train trips, Ray embraced the rich, spiritual culture he discovered there. As his unusual adventure unfolded, he encountered extraordinary characters, witnessed deep acts of devotion, and experienced profound moments of divine connection, leading to a radical transformation that was ego-crushing and blissful all at once. Inspired to write music again, Ray returned to the US, where he and other monks founded Shelter, a band dedicated to spreading a message of faith, hope, and love. Told with warmth, candor, and humor, this heartfelt memoir chronicles Ray’s emotional and spiritual journey from punk to monk and beyond.

Download or read book Deeper written by Michaela L. Carson and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2022-08-10 with total page 139 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Relationships are hard. They require effort and intentionality to be healthy and thriving. Yet we often view our relationship with God differently, thinking it should be easy and intuitive. The Bible teaches us that our faith is like a tree, and after years of struggling to grow in my relationship with Christ, I was still a sapling. Then I realized that discipline is required to daily consume the nourishment found in His Word. To be a strong oak, we need nutrients to grow and thrive and a root system that is deep and expansive. These ground us when the winds of false doctrine blow and the downpour of the enemy’s lies tries to drown us. This interactive journey is designed to be a customized roadmap helping you explore the importance of spiritual discipline and to develop your understanding of three vital Christian disciplines necessary for growth: prayer, Scripture, and community. The “Map Your Journey” segment at the end of each chapter allows you to choose your next step based on where God is uniquely leading you. These sections offer a compass to navigate your journey with the Lord by discovering deeper places of growth, a deeper understanding of His Word, and deeper intimacy with your Creator. What if we stop expecting perfection? What if we accept where we are and who we are? Could we maybe go deeper with God if we set aside our expectations and started seeking His? I pray the strategies in these pages teach you a fresh way to love Him, because no matter where you are in your relationship with God, there is one thing that we all need—to go deeper!

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Peter Schumann and his Bread & Puppet Theater are likely the most important, and surely the longest-lasting, contributors to modern American theater history. Since the early sixties Schumann and his puppeteers have been pouring out work after work on every scale: political works, mysterious works, grand works, modest works, works on the street and works in fields, works to be played in every size theater on four continents, books, prints, posters, and banners which live as show-and-tell in so many homes. Now Ron Simon and Marc Estrin, a remarkable photographer, and a long-time puppeteer, who have each in his own way contributed to the shows, recorded events, and reflected on them. Out of their experiences they have createdRehearsing with Gods: Photographs and Essays on the Bread & Puppet Theater. Far more than history or documentation, they identify eight archetypes engaged repeatedly by Peter Schumann and his crew. Their book consists of parallel meditations—the texts not commenting on the photos, the photos not illustrating the texts—unified and intertwined by the chapter themes of Death, Fiend, Beast, Human, World, Gift, Bread, and Hope. Altogether, it's a collaboration that reflects their sixty-odd man-years of personal experience in, hidden narratives of, and speculative reflections on Peter Schumann's projects, ever-more relevant to our times. This is a book that will engage both fans and newcomers—an inside-view of Peter Schumann's political-artistic world.

Nanette gives testimony to Gods unmerited grace and mercy, as she tells of His love and forgiveness.
