Muchas son las causas, pero por lo general la ansiedad ocurre como resultado de: Situaciones traumáticas que no podemos controlar Falta de dinero para hacer frente a las responsabilidades y necesidades económicas. Enfermedades propias o de seres queridos. Estrés laboral Relaciones tóxicas Ser víctima de abusos Temor ante la presentación de pruebas académicas. Sentimiento de culpa por errores cometidos. Experiencias desconocidas. Discusiones y problemas con familiares o amigos. Miedo porque los hijos puedan sufrir un peligro. Estar viviendo en zonas de conflicto. Dudas ante el futuro, y muchas otras situaciones. Dios no es ajeno a estas tribulaciones de la humanidad. Aquí les comparto mi humilde recopilación de versículos de la biblia para vencer la ansiedad y el estrés. Asimismo, tendrás acceso a material audiovisual complementario para ayudarte a dominar la ansiedad. Que lo disfrutes.
