Por último, el cuadro de los grandes principios de derecho público hubiera quedado incompleto si no hubiéramos agregado un capítulo con los principios institucionales y sectoriales de aplicación en el derecho administrativo, los que guardan estrecha conexión con los principios fundamentales que presiden el sistema constitucional.
