This volume is dedicated to building understanding of the life of Jesus Christ as taught by the book of Matthew. The world has been intrigued by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ for nearly 2,000 years to this date. This is for good reason. He is a wonderful Lord and Savior. He is also the Master teacher. All mankind must know Him in order to be saved. Knowledge of His will for our lives brings peace and joy to ones soul. This work is dedicated to showing the world the peace and joy of Jesus Christ by a more in-depth study of who He is and what He offers to mankind. The method of teaching used in this book was purposely kept as simple as possible so that beginning students of the Bible can be inspired and build a rich foundation of understanding the Bible that will last a lifetime! This volume is more in-depth than the first installment of this series entitled Bible Understanding Made Easy, Volume 1: The Old Testament. This is because more time is devoted to studying verse-by-verse and small groups of verses. Download or read book Praying to Jesus written by Andrew Hallenbeck and published by Andrew Hallenbeck. This book was released on 2011-06-08 with total page 205 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Andrew Hallenbeck's new book, Praying to Jesus, is an encyclopedia of information that absolutely devastates the antagonistic viewpoint that it is wrong to speak to Christ. With a vast body of evidence, both ancient and modern, he biblically and logically has argued that communication with our Savior is entirely in harmony with biblical teaching. His extensive material on Stephen's prayer to Christ, as this first Christian martyr was being stoned, is unique and unanswerable." -- Wayne Jackson, foreword

Download or read book Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction written by Filippo Crea and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2013-08-15 with total page 263 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the past two decades a number of studies have shown that abnormalities in the function and structure of coronary microcirculation can be detected in several cardiovascular diseases. On the basis of the clinical setting in which it occurs, coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) can be classified into four types: CMD in the absence of any other cardiac disease; CMD in myocardial diseases; CMD in obstructive epicardial coronary artery disease; and iatrogenic CMD. In some instances CMD represents an epiphenomenon, whereas in others it represents an important marker of risk or may contribute to the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia, thus becoming a possible therapeutic target. This book provides an update on coronary physiology and a systematic assessment of microvascular abnormalities in cardiovascular diseases, in the hope that it will assist clinicians in prevention, detection and management of CMD in their everyday activity.
