Providing an anatomical guide to the yoni, she shows how it contains reflexology points and energy meridians that can be worked with through different placements of the yoni egg. The author explores the properties and healing benefits of 12 different gemstone eggs, from the well-known jade egg to lesser-known eggs such as amethyst, obsidian, and green aventurine, along with guidelines for choosing the stone type and egg size that will work best for you. Concluding with rituals for initiating yourself into the power of your yoni and for releasing the sacred feminine within, the author shows how each of us has the power to heal, to be kind to ourselves, and to reveal our own inner beauty and wisdom.

Book Conversations with a Near Death Experiencer

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: When Diane Goble started her first web site, A Near-Death Experience BeyondtheVeil.net, in 1996 about her own near-death experience, thousands of people, ages 16 to 95 from all over the world began emailing her and asking questions about NDEs, death & dying, fear about death, grief, reincarnation, suicide. This ebook is a collection of FAQs and Diane's responses from her near-death perspective.I didn't just almost die, I drowned. I surrendered to the raging river and found myself out of my body looking down at the scene below. I traveled to another dimension accompanied by a beautiful, loving Being of Light and was given information to bring back to help humanity with the evolution of consciousness as we become Divine Humans. Specifically, the message I brought back is that we don't die. The body dies, but the essence of who we are continues. We are eternal spiritual beings having temporary human experiences in physical worlds as part of our spiritual journey returning to the Source of our being. As we learn to live without fear of death, we become more loving and compassionate toward each other, all sentient beings and this beautiful planet.Over the 40 years since my NDE, I've become a deeply spiritual person. I believe all religions have some truth but none have all the truth. My answers to your questions are from my heart to open yours to Unconditional Love. Namaste!

It is not long before she forsakes her devoted and well-meaning husband for the mysterious older man who seems to embody all that she lacks: strength, will, and the key to her parents' inaccessible pasts. Their affair soon spirals toward the destructive as Ya'ara finds that the things that attract her to Aryeh also repel her with equal intensity. With schocking immediacy, Shalev lays bare Ya'ara's struggle to navigate extreme terrain, ranging from the sublime to the grotesque, the sacred to the profane, the liberating to the all-consuming.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The "Shadow Tree Series" comprises a unique collection of Western Esoteric studies and practices which Jacobus G. Swart, spiritual successor to William G. Gray and co-founder of the Sangreal Sodality, has actuated and taught over a period of forty years. In "The Book of Immediate Magic - Part 1" Jacobus G. Swart perpetuates the fundamental tenets of "Self Creation" in which it is maintained that the "Centre" establishes the "Circumference," and that personal reality is emanated in harmony with personal "Will." Hence this tome comprises an enhancement and expansion of the magical doctrines and techniques of Practical Kabbalah addressed in "The Book of Self Creation," "The Book of Sacred Names," and "The Book of Seals & Amulets." Jacobus Swart claims that working "Immediate Magic" is neither impossible nor difficult when we fully understand that consciousness is just one vast ocean, and that thoughts are the waves we make in it. It is all a matter of coordinating consciousness.

Download or read book The Extra written by A.B. Yehoshua and published by Halban Publishers. This book was released on 2016-02-04 with total page 307 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: An experiment is under way in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem: a woman, recently widowed, is starting a trial period in assisted living, mainly to placate her over-anxious son, whilst in Jerusalem her daughter Noga, a young harpist, returns from her job with a Dutch orchestra to look after the family apartment. To enliven her stay, Noga's brother finds work for her - playing roles as an extra in film, TV, and in the opera Carmen. The random roles Noga is thrust into resonate strangely with her own life which she begins to re-evaluate. Central to her past is the fact that she refused to have children, resulting in the break-up of her marriage. No-one in her family understood her motives for not wanting children and everyone has a different explanation for it. Now, a chance encounter with her former husband reveals his continuing powerful, love as well as a shocking deed she committed during their marriage. But Noga is a free spirit neither tied to the past nor defined by it, and always keen to push boundaries. She lives for her music and is willing to go wherever it takes her. The three-month experiment proves as much of a test for her as for her mother and both are radically transformed by the end. A.B. Yehoshua is as creative, humorous and provocative as ever in The Extra, exploring themes familiar to him of love, family relationships and artistic ambitions, set mainly in an ever-changing Jerusalem.

Cristi Christensen aims to change that, and Chakra Rituals offers readers a multi-dimensional, practical, and inspiring structured seven-week step-by-step program. Each week, readers are instructed how to activate a different Chakra, and each weekday they are led through a dynamic, easy, and motivating practice (altar building; breathing; meditation; vinyasa yoga flow, mudra, writing contemplation, and embodiment) which distills the esoteric concepts and makes them tangible, living experiences. A self-discovery and self-help guide with striking full-color illustrations, Chakra Rituals employs the Chakras’ potential to open the pathways to a full, enlightened “aliveness.” Seasoned practitioners and newcomers alike are invited to flow with their emotions, claim their power, transform their lives, and align with the divine.

Book Who Will Remember You

    Book Details:
  • Author : Israel B. Bitton
  • Publisher : Rowman & Littlefield
  • Release : 2021-10-06
  • ISBN : 0761872817
  • Pages : 265 pages

Download or read book Who Will Remember You written by Israel B. Bitton and published by Rowman & Littlefield. This book was released on 2021-10-06 with total page 265 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Memory. A word so often said, often thought of, and continuously studied. Yet, we know relatively so little other than how vast and magnificent it is. In Who Will Remember You? A Philosophical History and Theory of Memory and Will, Israel B. Bitton, offers an interdisciplinary perspective that unifies philosophy of memory with history, neuroscience, culture and ethics, yielding novel insights into the elusive phenomena of memory, namely its universality. Bitton posits that the current and typical “misunderstanding of memory” stems from over-specialization in scientific research, a compartmentalization that does not support reaching holistic conclusions which are necessary for fully appreciating the totality of memory phenomena. No longer should memory be thought of as residing only in the brain, for the body is known to have memory too, but neither should it be thought of as exclusively human since it inheres in all matter as a physical and biological fact. Indeed, Bitton extends the philosophical and practical meanings of memory furthest in great detail, employing the latest research in neuroscience to support his case. In this work, Bitton traces the kernels of these ideas from the ancient Egyptians and Israelites all the way through to the modern period in philosophy, science and popular culture, demonstrating that his philosophical formulation has always been and remains accepted de facto by society as can easily be detected in various social trends. Upon offering his holistic account that considers the magnitude of memory phenomena across several disciplines, Bitton presents a novel theory that postulates the primary human drive as categorized by a will to significance, which, because of the universality of memory becomes a will to memorability. By placing the individual at the center of their own memory-reality, they can be empowered to safeguard, enhance, and extend the universal force of memory within and around them. From that vantage point, this book provides its audience with ideas meant to provoke and incite the readers’ own reflections on memory’s meaning and import as well as what it takes to be an ethical “memory agent” in an era of hyper-fake news.

Two young girls' lives are dramatically and definitively changed forever; Anna, the youngest daughter of an educated Jewish family and Petrovena, a village peasant girl; and both by an unusual Cossack Officer, Nicholai Kollenoff. While ANNA is completely a work of fiction, actual events and people are part of the book, and of course, pogroms were a very real part of Russian Jewish life. This epic novel takes the reader on a journey with Anna, Petrovena, and Nicholai through some of the most important events of the first half of the Twentieth Century including two world wars and the Russian Revolution. It is populated with unusual characters, some of which the reader will love while others will be hated. Action moves from Russia to France and the United States with interesting twists and turns that will keep the readers' interest alive until the last word.

Book excerpt: The great nation of Israel lies in ruins, God's temple ransacked and plundered, His people consumed by Babylon. A once unparalleled nation is reduced to slaves, widows, and beggars, their god mocked as a jester. Kefira, a headstrong young Jew, struggles to survive in the empire of Persia, orphaned in the wake of her nation's destruction. No longer a child but not yet a woman, she has grown up with no home, dowry, or anything to call her own. Hopeless and destined for poverty, her prayers for deliverance seem to go unanswered—until she discovers a strange and beautiful red egg. Rakhshan, a mercenary, then intrudes upon her and her discovery, bringing with him allure, intrigue, and a hostile dragon. Despite the growing uncertainty of his allegiance, the miraculous occurs: from her relic hatches the most powerful creature in all the empires—a colossal dragon of Israel, the last of his kind. Her awe of him grows into a fierce love that will endanger her life, as she becomes the most critical piece in a game of power between nations, condemned to deceit, conspiracy, and marriage against her will. Her only moor against despair is the uncertain friendship of Rakhshan, and the eroding belief that her God still sees her, and the silent prayer that the miracle of her dragon will not cost her everything.
