Este libro presenta una serie de investigaciones relacionadas con el conflicto armado colombiano, específicamente, explora temáticas novedosas como la violencia obstétrica o la victimización de mujeres en relación con el delito de desaparición forzada de personas. Igualmente, incluye el desarrollo de temas clásicos de la literatura jurídica con un enfoque de género relacionados con la responsabilidad del Estado y el empleo de la mujer como instrumento de guerra.
