Download or read book VALIDATION DU COUPLAGE PLASMA ICP SPECTROMETRIE DE MASSE POUR L ANALYSE INORGANIQUE ELEMENTS TRACE DE MATRICES ALIMENTAIRES D ORIGINE ANIMALE written by SYLVIE-ISABELLE.. EXCOFFIER and published by . This book was released on 1997 with total page 290 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: L'INTERET ACTUELLEMENT PORTE A L'ANALYSE INORGANIQUE DE MATRICES ALIMENTAIRES S'EXPLIQUE PAR LES PROPRIETES NUTRITIONNELLES ET/OU TOXIQUES DES ELEMENTS IMPLIQUES. MAIS LES METHODES D'ANALYSE CONVENTIONNELLES UTILISEES, PRINCIPALEMENT DIFFERENTES TECHNIQUES DE SPECTROMETRIE D'ABSORPTION ATOMIQUE, ONT COMME PRINCIPALE LIMITATION D'ETRE MONO-ELEMENTAIRES. LE COUPLAGE PLASMA - SPECTROMETRIE D'EMISSION ATOMIQUE (ICP-AES) PERMET L'ANALYSE MULTI-ELEMENTAIRE MAIS LES LIMITES DE DETECTION ALORS OBTENUES SONT TROP ELEVEES (DE L'ORDRE DU G/L) POUR CETTE APPLICATION. LE COUPLAGE PLASMA - SPECTROMETRIE DE MASSE, EN ASSOCIANT CAPACITE D'ANALYSE MULTI-ELEMENTAIRE ET FAIBLES LIMITES DE DETECTION (DE L'ORDRE DU NG/L), S'AVERE ETRE UN OUTIL EFFICACE DANS CE CHAMP D'APPLICATIONS SPECIFIQUE. TOUTEFOIS, CET AVANTAGE IMPOSE D'ETABLIR DES COMPROMIS DANS L'OPTIMISATION DE L'ICP-MS AFIN DE PERMETTRE LA DETERMINATION DU PLUS GRAND NOMBRE D'ELEMENTS DANS LES MEILLEURES CONDITIONS. LA PREMIERE ETAPE A ETE DE RECHERCHER SUR DES SOLUTIONS ETALONS UN COMPROMIS ACCEPTABLE POUR L'ENSEMBLE DES ANALYTES (AL, AS, CD, CO, CR, CU, FE, MN, MO, NI, PB, SB, SE, SN ET ZN), DISTRIBUES SUR LA TOTALITE DE LA GAMME DES MASSES (DE 27 A 208 UMA). NOUS AVONS ALORS ETUDIE, POUR DIFFERENTES OPTIMISATIONS, LEURS CARACTERISTIQUES ANALYTIQUES : LINEARITE, SENSIBILITE, REPETABILITE, DERIVE A LONG TERME ET SPECIFICITE DU SIGNAL ASSOCIE. MAIS LES ECHANTILLONS ANALYSES COURAMMENT AU LABORATOIRE DOIVENT SUBIR AU PREALABLE UNE ETAPE NECESSAIRE DE MINERALISATION, ET, A CE NIVEAU DE CONCENTRATION (PPB), LES CONTAMINATIONS SONT FREQUENTES. DANS UNE DEUXIEME ETAPE, NOUS AVONS DONC ETUDIE PAS A PAS LES SOURCES POSSIBLES DE CONTAMINATIONS : QUALITE DES REACTIFS, VAISSELLE UTILISEE... NOUS NOUS SOMMES ENSUITE INTERESSES AUX LIMITES DE DETECTION ET DE QUANTIFICATION (CV = 10%) DE CHAQUE ANALYTE, TANT D'UN POINT DE VUE THEORIQUE QUE PRATIQUE. FINALEMENT, L'ANALYSE D'ECHANTILLONS DE REFERENCE, APRES MINERALISATION PAR VOIE SECHE OU DIGESTION PAR MICRO-ONDES (SYSTEME OUVERT), VALIDE L'ICP-MS COMME METHODE MULTI-ELEMENTAIRE D'ANALYSE INORGANIQUE DE MATRICES ALIMENTAIRES. L'ETAPE DE PREPARATION DE L'ECHANTILLON RESTE NEANMOINS LE MAILLON FAIBLE DE LA CHAINE ANALYTIQUE ET SERAIT A DEVELOPPER DANS LE FUTUR.

Book Forest Decline and Atmospheric Deposition Effects in the French Mountains

Download or read book Forest Decline and Atmospheric Deposition Effects in the French Mountains written by M. Kaennel and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2012-12-06 with total page 474 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Forest decline became a matter of public and scientific concern in France in 1983 when conifers in the Vosges mountains were found to exhibit unusual crown deterioration. An impassioned controversy on a supposedly large scale forest health problem was then in full swing in Central Europe. A co-ordinated research programme entitled DEFORPA ("Deperissement des For~ts et Pollution AtmospMrique") was launched in 1984. This programme ran from 1984 to 1991 and a number of projects are still in progress. The Programme was sponsored by three French ministries (Enviroument, Agriculture and Forestry, Research and Technologyl), several state agencies, various regional authorities and the Commission of the European Communities (DO xn and DG VI). Initially, emphasis was solely laid on the understanding of forest decline in the mountainous areas - because damage was most obvious there - in relation to natural and man-made factors. Air pollution was given high but not overwhelming priority. Thus, the DEFORPA Programme was not in its essence a nation-wide assessment of air pollution effects, unlike a number of national acidification research programmes in Europe and North America. During. the programme, however, the areas of concern expanded. In particular, research into water acidification in the Vosges mountains was developed in parallel with the DEFORPA Programme, and possible eutrophication of the ground flora in northeastern France became the subject of new research.

Book Statistical Methods in Agriculture and Experimental Biology

Download or read book Statistical Methods in Agriculture and Experimental Biology written by Roger Mead and published by CRC Press. This book was released on 2017-11-22 with total page 490 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The third edition of this popular introductory text maintains the character that won worldwide respect for its predecessors but features a number of enhancements that broaden its scope, increase its utility, and bring the treatment thoroughly up to date. It provides complete coverage of the statistical ideas and methods essential to students in agriculture or experimental biology. In addition to covering fundamental methodology, this treatment also includes more advanced topics that the authors believe help develop an appreciation of the breadth of statistical methodology now available. The emphasis is not on mathematical detail, but on ensuring students understand why and when various methods should be used. New in the Third Edition: A chapter on the two simplest yet most important methods of multivariate analysis Increased emphasis on modern computer applications Discussions on a wider range of data types and the graphical display of data Analysis of mixed cropping experiments and on-farm experiments
