Apparu dans les années 2000, il concernerait 6% des collégiens français en 2015. Face à cette évolution, le médecin généraliste peut être sollicité à différentes étapes de la prise en charge. L'objectif de l'étude est de connaitre l'expérience et les attentes des médecins généralistes et des professionnels de la santé mentale des enfants dans le Douaisis en matière de cyberharcèlement. Puis, à partir des besoins exprimés, de dégager les axes de travail d'un plan d'action territorial coordonné. Méthode : Etude descriptive observationnelle, de type enquête de pratique pluri-disciplinaire. Auto-questionnaires envoyés par e-mail aux médecins généralistes et professionnels en santé mentale du Douaisis. Résultats : Courant juin 2020, 48 médecins généralistes et 18 professionnels de santé mentale ont accepté de participer à l'étude. Les médecins généralistes sont confrontés au harcèlement chez l'enfant pour 77% d'entre eux et au cyber-harcelement à hauteur de 56%. De par leurs expériences, les principaux critères de gravité clinique et la nécessité du conseil de dépôt de plainte font parti de leurs pratiques. Ces médecins reconnaissent néanmoins des difficultés en terme de formation (30%), d'harmonisation des pratiques territoriales et d'orientation (41,6%). Ils considèrent également avoir un rôle à jouer dans la prévention et la prise en charge de l'enfant harceleur (89,6%). En miroir, les professionnels de santé mentale partagent ces points de vue. Ces deux populations déclarent entretenir de bonnes relations professionnelles et se rejoignent sur des attentes communes, à savoir une formation continue partagée ainsi que des outils numériques de coordination. Conclusion : Les médecins généralistes et les professionnels de la santé mentale du Douaisis s'accordent sur l'importance et la fréquence du cyber-harcèlement dans leur activité. Leurs expériences réciproques sont concordantes mais persistent des pistes d'amélioration comme la coordination des pratiques en terme de formation, d'outils et de communication. La mise en place de ces dispositifs collaboratifs locaux est attendue mais ne devra pas oublier le rôle primordial des parents.
