Auf verhaltensökonomischer Theorie aufbauend können Aussagen zur Finanzrationalität der Versicherungsnehmer gewonnen werden, die auch generelle Rückschlüsse auf die Bewertung von in Finanzprodukte eingebetteten Optionen durch Individuen zulassen. Durch diese breite thematische Aufstellung richtet sich das Buch sowohl an die Wissenschaft als auch an die Praxis.
