Con il Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza la possibilità per il consumatore di ottenere la propria esdebitazione mediante il ricorso alle procedure di sovraindebitamento è divenuta una realtà concreta con cui potere ottenere una seconda chance. In tale ambito si pone questo studio in tema di tutela del consumatore nelle procedure di sovraindebitamento che, nell’ottica del diritto dell’economia, si propone di indagare la figura del consumatore nell’approccio alle diverse forme di liberazione dei debiti nell’intersecarsi di elementi sostanziali e processuali che caratterizzano le singole procedure di sovraindebitamento.
