Blend flour, salt, cinna mon and raisins; add to liquid mix ture. After mixing, cover dough with towel and let rest for 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turn over and cover. Let rise until double in size. Push down and form into 2 leaves. Let rise again until doubled in size and nicely rounded. Bake in 3500 oven for 30 minutes. Brush tops with honey and return to oven for a few minutes. (if raisins pop out of dough after rising, push them back gently so they will not burn during baking.)
