Las fichas están organizadas en dos niveles en función del grado de deterioro de los pacientes (leve o moderado), cada uno de los cuales contiene 8 módulos diferentes: Atención, Cálculo, Funciones ejecutivas, Gnosias, Lenguaje, Memoria, Orientación y Praxias. El formato de las fichas es digital y se accede a las mismas mediante Internet. Los usuarios, con la ayuda de un gestor de contenidos, podrán acceder al conjunto de actividades, localizar fácilmente los contenidos que desean trabajar, seleccionar los ejercicios apropiados e imprimir solo el material que necesitan utilizar en una sesión concreta.

A su vez, plantea una temporización clara y específica para su aplicación en cualquier ámbito gerontológico. Además, en la obra también se recogen los resultados tras la aplicación del programa, ofreciendo una mejora en los programas existentes y avanzando en la calidad de vida del enfermo con demencia.
