Il porte sur le contrôle de l'interface oxyde de grille/semi-conducteur organique à l'aide de Monocouches Auto Assemblées (SAMs) dans les transistors à effet de champ organique (OFETs). Nous avons dans un premier temps travaillé avec des OFETs à couche active de pentacène dont le diélectrique de grille a été modifié par des SAMs de type ơ-π (terminées pyrène ou phenyl) en configuration Top Contact. Après le greffage chimique en trois étapes de SAMs à chaîne alkyle longues et leur caractérisation, nous avons mesuré les paramètres transistors et nous avons démontré une amélioration des mobilités des porteurs de charges, une augmentation du rapport On/Off et une amélioration de la pente sous le seuil. Nous avons interprété ces résultats en terme de structure morphologique de la couche active de pentacène. Dans la deuxième partie de notre thèse, nous nous sommes intéressés aux SAMs à chaîne alkyle plus courte greffées en une unique étape (le pentafluorophenylpropyltrichlorosilane (C9H6F5Cl3Si), le 4-phenylbutyltrichlorosilane (C10H13Cl3Si) et l'octadecyltrichlorosilane (CH18H37SiCl3). La configuration du transistor adoptée pour cette étude est du type Bottom Contact.Nous avons obtenu par ces procédés des OFETs fonctionnant à des valeurs de pentes sous le seuil de 0.6 V/dec, des rapports On/Off de 10 8 et une mobilité de 0.3 cm2/V.s. L'ensemble des résultats est discuté en terme d'interactions entre les porteurs de charges et le semi-conducteur organique (le pentacène) et les dipôles des molécules greffées.
