Enfin sont traités les contrats autour de l'internet : vente "en ligne", commerce électronique, fourniture d'actes et d'hébergement (notamment la responsabilité des hébergeurs), référencement (liens hypertextes, moteurs de recherche, portails), création et développement d'un site, et création d'un nom de domaine.

The old static equilibrium, in which fixed roles are played by the teacher (including the teaching environment) and the learner, is shifting to dynamic eqUilibrium where the nature of information and its processing change, depending on the situation, the learning context and the individual's needs.
