Cet outil a pour but de former des citoyens éclairés connaissant leurs droits, mais aussi leurs devoirs : - donner au " mineur ", c'est-à-dire l'enfant, la possibilité de se retrouver acteur et responsable ; en appréhendant que la garantie de sa liberté passe par le respect des droits de chacun ; - montrer que la loi n'est pas une succession d'interdits absurdes, mais qu'elle protège les personnes ; - donner un minimum de connaissances sur les grands principes de la justice et certains termes juridiques ; - expliquer les rôles respectifs des acteurs de la justice et en particulier, les magistrats, les avocats. Une méthode active fondée sur le dialogue et l'échange permettant de se rapprocher concrètement du mot respect pour vivre (mieux) ensemble.
