Download or read book Biblical Eschatology written by Dr. Justin G. Prock and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2021-06-20 with total page 666 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In recent history, men from a variety of backgrounds have come to the same conclusion: that the Bible is about Israel only. For example: In 1861, John Mason Neale translated an ancient twelfth century Latin hymn and its title was O Come, O Come Emmanuel. Ever since 1861, Christians have sung that hymn at Christmas time, especially at Advent. Do you know what the words really mean that you are singing? In 1878, Edward Hine wrote an article titled, Seven-Eighths of the Bible Misunderstood, wherein he explains that seven-eighths of the Bible is about national salvation, i.e. the national salvation of True Israel; whereas, only one-eighth of the Bible is about personal salvation. Did you know that? In the 1960’s, Pastor Sheldon Emry wrote an article title, An Open Letter to Any Minister Who Teaches the Jews Are Israel, wherein he is of the opinion that the Israel that exists today since 1948 is not the True Israel of the Bible. In 1998, Arnold E. Kennedy wrote a book titled, The Exclusiveness of Israel, wherein he legally proves using the King James Version of the Bible that the Bible in general is only about True Israel. So, here we are in the Twenty-First Century, and the Gospel that is preached today is totally convoluted from that which was preached in the First Century A.D. by Yahshuah and His disciples, i.e. the Gospel of the Kingdom. So, where did the so-called churches and pastors go wrong? By the way, is there really a hierarchy in the Bible? In order to find out what the truth really is, we have to look at the original languages in which the Bible was written and then translated. For example, the Old Testament was written in Hebrew and Aramaic, then translated into Greek. The New Testament was written in Hebrew and Greek. Both Testaments were put together and translated into Latin, then German, and finally into English, from which the entire world received their own translation of the Bible. So, what was the original meaning of the words used in the original languages, i.e. the etymology of the words. Once that is determined, then we can go onto the next phase and discuss types in the Bible. From there, what is the Law of First Mention? How should Bible prophecy be Interpreted? Who are the keys to Bible prophecy? Where are we in the Bible prophecy timeline? During these discussions, we will find out who Yahweh chose of all the families of the earth to make His own. The churches teach universalism. The question then becomes, Who was Yahweh’s Law given to? What are the Laws of Yahweh? And then the even bigger question becomes, Who was Yahshuah sent to? All of these questions and more will be answered as you read this book...

Book Stand Up Stand Strong

Download or read book Stand Up Stand Strong written by Sara Barratt and published by Baker Books. This book was released on 2022-04-19 with total page 188 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: If we live according to the gospel, we're going to make waves. Why? Because the way of Christ is countercultural. It doesn't go with the flow, compromise on truth, or stay silent in the face of injustice--so neither can we. No matter how young or old we are, or how much or how little influence we think we have, God calls us to boldly engage our upside-down culture through the lens of his truth. With powerful examples from Scripture and stories from teens today and through the centuries, Sara Barratt equips teens to live with a biblical worldview, approach today's hot-button issues with godly wisdom, and influence their generation for the glory of God. Tackling tough topics like sexuality, addiction, identity, media, and much more, Sara offers practical ways to stay rooted in God's truth while engaging culture with the redemptive story of the gospel--no matter the cost.

Book Why Did Yahweh and His Son Yahshuah Say What They Said

Download or read book Why Did Yahweh and His Son Yahshuah Say What They Said written by Dr. Justin G. Prock and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2020-05-07 with total page 479 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: YAHWEH (The LORD God) and His Son YAHSHUAH (Jesus Christ) made statements with regard to Eschatology that have been “Spiritualized” for over a Millennium, which has led to the belief in Universalism, the belief that YAHSHUAH died for EVERYONE. Well, after one studies the original languages of the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, the message of the Kingdom of God was preached to and accepted by a certain House in the Bible. The other House rejected this message, and YAHSHUAH punished that House by taking the Kingdom away from them and giving It to another nation bringing forth fruit. There are only the House of Israel, the House of Judah, and the House of David, mentioned in the Bible. All three existed then, as they do today. However, most of today’s Babylonian Priesthood/Churchianity refuses to accept the secular historical position with regard to the House of Israel, and who they are today. The people groups, which YAHWEH and YAHSHUAH addressed, still exist today. However, these people are all mixed-up, and known by different names, but they DO exist. This book goes back to the origin of these people groups in the Bible, and brings them forward to the present using their old names, in order to understand Eschatology. This brings us to the major question of, “Is the Bible only about Israel?” And, if so, how does it affect our Eschatology today? This book answers these hard questions...

Download or read book Hijacked written by Clarence Washington Sr. and published by LifeRich Publishing. This book was released on 2021-06-24 with total page 283 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this four volume series, Hijacked!: How Dr. King's Dream Became a Nightmare, author Clarence Washington Sr. dissects Dr. Martin Luther King's dream and explores how our failure to adhere to its principles has allowed the dream to be hijacked and turned to a nightmare—and it's time to wake up. In the final volume of the Hijacked! collection, The Recovery, the author specifies—with brutal honesty—a doable strategy that will bring America back from the edge of the precipice of destruction. God gave Dr. King a dream that contained a plan to fix what is wrong with America. However, nobody has the desire to admit that the problem is that no one in America, not even the church, has been following the principles of Dr. King's dream. The Recovery explores what the church must do to be an effective watchman for the nation and lead America in the recovery process, while also thoroughly delineating the special function that the Black church must effectively perform in order for the recovery of America to be successful and Dr. King's dream a reality. This final volume presents an exposition of some vital things that all Americans must do to recover from the nightmare and maintain Dr. King's dream and America's status as an exceptional nation. For the full dissection of Dr. King's dream and how our failure to adhere to its principles has led to a nightmare, explore the other volumes in Hijacked!: How Dr. King's Dream Became a Nightmare. Previous volumes in this series focus on the dream, the hijack itself, and the nightmare.

Book Jesus Jobs and Justice

Download or read book Jesus Jobs and Justice written by Bettye Collier-Thomas and published by Knopf. This book was released on 2010-02-02 with total page 737 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “The Negroes must have Jesus, Jobs, and Justice,” declared Nannie Helen Burroughs, a nationally known figure among black and white leaders and an architect of the Woman’s Convention of the National Baptist Convention. Burroughs made this statement about the black women’s agenda in 1958, as she anticipated the collapse of Jim Crow segregation and pondered the fate of African Americans. Following more than half a century of organizing and struggling against racism in American society, sexism in the National Baptist Convention, and the racism and paternalism of white women and the Southern Baptist Convention, Burroughs knew that black Americans would need more than religion to survive and to advance socially, economically, and politically. Jesus, jobs, and justice are the threads that weave through two hundred years of black women’s experiences in America. Bettye Collier-Thomas’s groundbreaking book gives us a remarkable account of the religious faith, social and political activism, and extraordinary resilience of black women during the centuries of American growth and change. It shows the beginnings of organized religion in slave communities and how the Bible was a source of inspiration; the enslaved saw in their condition a parallel to the suffering and persecution that Jesus had endured. The author makes clear that while religion has been a guiding force in the lives of most African Americans, for black women it has been essential. As co-creators of churches, women were a central factor in their development. Jesus, Jobs, and Justice explores the ways in which women had to cope with sexism in black churches, as well as racism in mostly white denominations, in their efforts to create missionary societies and form women’s conventions. It also reveals the hidden story of how issues of sex and sexuality have sometimes created tension and divisions within institutions. Black church women created national organizations such as the National Association of Colored Women, the National League of Colored Republican Women, and the National Council of Negro Women. They worked in the interracial movement, in white-led Christian groups such as the YWCA and Church Women United, and in male-dominated organizations such as the NAACP and National Urban League to demand civil rights, equal employment, and educational opportunities, and to protest lynching, segregation, and discrimination. And black women missionaries sacrificed their lives in service to their African sisters whose destiny they believed was tied to theirs. Jesus, Jobs, and Justice restores black women to their rightful place in American and black history and demonstrates their faith in themselves, their race, and their God.

Book History as the Story of Freedom

Download or read book History as the Story of Freedom written by Clark Butler and published by BRILL. This book was released on 2021-11-15 with total page 310 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The purpose of this book is to advance responsible rehabilitation of the speculative philosophy of history. It challenges the idea popularized by thinkers such as and Claude Lévi-Strauss and Jean-François Lyotard that historical meta-mythology and meta-narrative are philosophically obsolete. As long as humanity, viewed anthropologically, lives by over-arching narrative, the quest for a version that survives rational criticism remains vital. Here human rights serve as the key to unlock such a version. Despite the fact that the Hegelian philosophy of history has often been derided, something very similar currently functions as the official ideology of the world community: the idea of history as the story of freedom. This book does not retell the world-historical story of freedom. Rather, it uncovers it, beginning with the current age of human rights and working backward through the great role-model civilizations of history. Its conclusion is that a forward retelling of the story of freedom as the story of human rights can be justified by dewesternizing the story. The book contains critical responses from specialized scholars and re-presentative of selected world cultures. The volume includes illustrations, and a guest Afterword by Donald Phillip Verene. It is a companion-volume to the author's Hegel's Logic: Between History and Dialectic (North-western University Press, 1996).

Book Traditional Anti Torah Church Doctrines

Download or read book Traditional Anti Torah Church Doctrines written by Cornie Banman and published by iUniverse. This book was released on 2014-09-22 with total page 401 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Have you ever stopped to think whether the doctrines you hear in your church are actually coming from the word of the creator? In Traditional Anti-Torah Church Doctrines, author Cornie Banman offers an analysis of doctrines to help Christians ascertain whether a doctrine comes directly from God or originates from man. Banman explains how and why traditional Christendom has rejected the Ten Commandments and how that belief has inevitably created an anti-God messiah. In Traditional Anti-Torah Church Doctrines, he shows how: A subtle and powerful philosophy of anti-Jew doctrines has indoctrinated traditional Christians into believing the Messiah's first coming was to abolish the Ten Commandments The philosophy of a few church fathers has undermined the Ten Commandments by elevating manmade traditions to commandment status An anti-Jew philosophy plays a key role in abolishing the commandments and exposes its foundation The God of Abraham has given mankind a simple formula to test and measure all doctrines against his word Anyone can use that test against all doctrines to see whether they are inspired by the God of the scriptures or by the gods of this world. A person who's snared by deceived indoctrination can get back into alignment with God's true word Illustrating his beliefs with biblical evidence, Banman provides guidance for testing and measuring the instructions coming from your church with God's truth in a simple way. http://corniebanman.com

Book Restoring the Altar in Days of Apostasy

Download or read book Restoring the Altar in Days of Apostasy written by Riaan Engelbrecht and published by Riaan Engelbrecht. This book was released on 2023-01-19 with total page 318 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: More than ever we live in the reality of 2 Thessalonians 2, which refer to the great falling away or rebellion. The Greek word translated as “rebellion” or “falling away” in verse 3 of the Scripture is apostasia, from which we get the English word apostasy. It refers to a general defection from the true God, the Bible, and the Christian faith. In such perilous times of deception and spiritual corruption, a great need exists to seek the Lord, to follow His will, to obey His truths and to follow His narrow path of holiness. To restore the altar is truly to be a living sacrifice in service of God – a servant who will not compromise with the world and who seeks to only glorify God above all.

Download or read book Unbuilt Utopian Cities 1460 to 1900 Reconstructing their Architecture and Political Philosophy written by Dr Tessa Morrison and published by Ashgate Publishing, Ltd.. This book was released on 2015-10-28 with total page 247 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Bringing together ten utopian works that mark important points in the history and an evolution in social and political philosophies, this book not only reflects on the texts and their political philosophy and implications, but also, their architecture and how that architecture informs the political philosophy or social agenda that the author intended. Each of the ten authors expressed their theory through concepts of community and utopian architecture, but each featured an architectural solution at the centre of their social and political philosophy, as none of the cities were ever built, they have remained as utopian literature.
