Book Bio Polybutadiene Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis BR E41B

Download or read book Bio Polybutadiene Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis BR E41B written by Intratec and published by Intratec. This book was released on 2019-09-17 with total page 102 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This report presents a cost analysis of Polybutadiene production starting from raw sugar. The process examined is similar to Global Bioenergies process, combined with a typical solution polymerization process. In this process, raw sugar (sucrose) is diluted and hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose (invert sugars). The invert sugars are then sent to an aerobic fermentation step to produce 1,3-Butadiene, which is then polymerized to form Polybutadiene. This report was developed based essentially on the following reference(s): Keywords: Bio-Polybutadiene, High-Cis Polybutadiene, NdBR, NiBR, BD, Hydrolysis, Sugar Inversion, Dextrose, Glucose Fermentation, Aerobic Fermentation, Green Butadiene, Renewable Feedstock

Book Bio Isoprene Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Isoprene E22B

Download or read book Bio Isoprene Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Isoprene E22B written by Intratec and published by Intratec. This book was released on 2019-09-17 with total page 102 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This report presents a cost analysis of Bio-Isoprene production from raw sugar using a fermentation process. In this process, raw sugar (sucrose) is diluted and sucrose is hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose (invert sugars). The invert sugars are then fed to an anaerobic fermentation step to produce Isoprene. This report was developed based essentially on the following reference(s): Keywords: Sucrose, 2-Methyl-1,3-butadiene, Anaerobic Fermentation

Book Bio Succinic Acid Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Succinic Acid E14B

Download or read book Bio Succinic Acid Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Succinic Acid E14B written by Intratec and published by Intratec. This book was released on 2019-09-17 with total page 102 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This report presents a cost analysis of bio-based Succinic Acid production from raw sugar using a fermentation process. The process examined is similar to BioAmber process. In this process, raw sugar (sucrose) is diluted and sucrose is hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose (invert sugars). The invert sugars are then fermented to produce Succinic Acid. This report was developed based essentially on the following reference(s): US 20130072714 and WO 2013039647 Patents, both issued to BioAmber in 2013 Keywords: Dextrose, Butanedioic Acid, Anaerobic Fermentation, Applied Carbochemicals, Michigan State University

Book Bio Succinic Acid Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Succinic Acid E13B

Download or read book Bio Succinic Acid Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis Succinic Acid E13B written by Intratec and published by Intratec. This book was released on 2019-09-17 with total page 102 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This report presents a cost analysis of bio-based Succinic Acid production from raw sugar using a fermentation process. The process examined is similar to Myriant process. In this process, raw sugar (sucrose) is diluted and sucrose is hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose (invert sugars). The invert sugars are then fermented to produce Succinic Acid. The process generates ammonium sulfate as by-product. This report was developed based essentially on the following reference(s): US Patent 8778656, issued to Myriant in 2014 Keywords: Dextrose, Butanedioic Acid, Anaerobic Fermentation

Book FDCA Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis FDCA E21B

Download or read book FDCA Production from Raw Sugar Cost Analysis FDCA E21B written by Intratec and published by Intratec. This book was released on 2017-06-01 with total page 103 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This report presents a cost analysis of 2,5-Furandicarboxylic Acid (FDCA) production from raw sugar (sucrose) The process examined is a non-commercial route based concepts presented on recently published patents and articles. In this process, sucrose is hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose and the glucose obtained is isomerized into fructose. The resulting fructose is dehydrated to hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) in ionic liquid medium, which is then oxidized to FDCA. This report was developed based essentially on the following reference(s): (1) DE Patent 102008009933, issued to Friedrich-Schiller-Universitat Jena, in 2009 (2) US Patent 20140256964 issued to Eastman in 2014 Keywords: Green FDCA, Hydroxyl Methyl Furan, HMF, ionic liquid
