That means paying attention to juveniles whose personality is still undergoing developmental changes. There is no diagnostic tool for the violence risk assessment in youth in the CZ standardized to identify juveniles who are at high risk of committing a violent crime.tA scale for violence risk assessment in youth SAVRY was chosen for standardization. 30 juvenile participants were recruited from psychiatry inpatient clinic and tested by SAVRY, a scale of aggression SADDS, personality questionnaire HSPQ and a Conners scale for parents.tIt was found out that the SAVRY is a valid and reliable tool for the violence risk assessment in youth in the CZ. This paper presents results of the pilot study, as well as results from a recently conducted survey into the clinical value and applicability of the SAVRY.tIn conclusion, this project will contribute to the enrichment of the list of effective tools that can lead to a reduction of violence in the CZ and to the implementation of the first diagnostic tool for assessing the risk of violence amongst juveniles.
