Book excerpt: This study determined the employee engagement, work satisfaction, and corporate image towards performances of employees classified as "baby boomers". The researcher employed a descriptive research, which utilizes a correlational study. Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), Job Satisfaction Survey Questionaire, Job Performance Survey Questionnaire, and Organizational Performance and Change Assessment were administered to 264 regular employees of Maynilad Water Services, Inc. of which 212 were viable. The respondents revealed that they have a satisfaction level of employee engagement, work satisfaction, corpotate image in work performance. The employee engagement in the area of vigor and absorption illustrated a significant relationship on work performance while in dedication it had no significant relationship among baby boomers with regard to their work performance at 0.05 level of significance. In terms of work satisfaction, the area of motivating factors had a significant relationship with work performance whereas in the area of hygiene factors; there is no significant relationship with work performance at 0.05 level of significance. Lastly, the corporate image has no significant relationship with work performance among the baby boomers at 0.05 level of significance.
