Profefi'edly treats of a meet Human Right as recognized (together with the Divine Right) by' feveral fucce ive Acts of Parliament, and of no other Right. Neither could the Learned Author, with any Propriety, have forfaken his Subject, which was a Legal Right, and fallied out into a Point which did not concern that Subiee't, viz. A Divine Right.
