The Integrated Product Team including the subcontractors who design and manufacture Lakota will have incentive contracts to improve component reliability, manufacturing cost, and to weight guidelines. The vehicle will be optimized for speed versus power consistent with the short-haul transport mission at a reasonable acquisition cost.
