The purpose of this study is to find the level of awareness on these variables: administration and operation climate, work motivation climate and ethics at the workplace climate. Also, it is used to find the relationship between the independent variables with dependent variable. The independent variables used are administration and operation climate, work motivation climate and ethics at the workplace climate. The dependent variable is organizational climate. The results showed that there is a relationship between each independent variable with the dependent variable. The correlations fall within +1 and -1 for all variables towards dependent variable. Several recommendations have been given to the readers to understand the effects of positive and negative organizational climate to the organization.
