Book The Pinnacle of Holiness

Download or read book The Pinnacle of Holiness written by D. L. Anderson and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2013-02-28 with total page 374 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Theres more to inheriting eternal life than what many of us have been told. Depending upon your level of spiritual commitment, this statement may or may not mean anything to you. But it means everything to me. Why? It is because eternal life represents the progressive alternative to endless death, the only other potential final destination of my soul. Therefore, as the soul shall subsist forever, securing eternal life should be the primary objective of every progressive existence. At the same time, many have been deceived into believing that inheriting eternal life is as easy as saying a simple prayer or having an undeveloped, meager level of faith. Still, the reality is that inheriting eternal life [i.e. the greatest prize of all time] will naturally require the greatest investment of all time a life dedicated to the will of the Father which is the basis of progressive spiritualism. Accordingly, the scriptures teach us For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? [See Matthew 16:25-26]. In my opinion, any honest person would come to this conclusion and would rightfully (as well as willfully) desire to make the necessary investment required to obtain the prize of eternal life. The problem is that many honest believers havent been told the whole story and are preparing to go to the Judgment with many of their works undone. Consequently, the question of the hour is simply this what more is there to the story? Conclusively, the answers to this inquiry are found within this volume of The Pinnacle of Holiness. Building off the former volume which provides a high-level description of the path which leads to eternal life, this volume will focus on providing detailed information about the path. Thus it should be viewed as a spiritual training manual which each sojourner soldier can employ to ensure that they are abiding by every criterion associated with inheriting eternal life. In the end (and with regards to the delicate matter of eternal life), the most critical factors are the instructions which the Father has revealed to us by His Spirit and recorded within His Word. Definitively, these spiritual and scriptural disclosures are contained within this volume. As the scriptures have said, And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Book excerpt: Daniel Merrick at the age of 7 said the sinner's prayer and began reading his Bible every day. By the age of 8 Dan discovered many verses which said to call on and praise "His Holy Name", Dan questioned, "What is his Holy Name". Dan went to his pastor and asked that question "What is God's Name". The pastor's response was that the name was lost over time, to which Dan replied: "If God lost His name, I will help him find it". The YaHUaH Bible is the result of Dan's search of Paleo Hebrew phonetic that show the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith are embedded in many old testament prophesies. Designed for the Hebrew Roots of the Faith of the people of Israel with the Messianic restoration of the name of Elohim transliterated as YaHUaH from the tetragrammaton and God as YAH. Taking the concepts of wisdom and torah in the various literary strata of the book of Deuteronomy as a point of departure, the remainder of the book examines the relationship between wisdom and Torah in Wisdom literature of the Second Temple period, including Proverbs, Qohelet, Ps 19 and 119, Baruch, Ben Sira, Wisdom, sapiential and rewritten scriptural texts from Qumran, and the Wisdom of Solomon.

Book Original Bible Truth

  • Author : Ernie Hasler
  • Publisher : AuthorHouse
  • Release : 2018-09-21
  • ISBN : 1546298126
  • Pages : 90 pages

Download or read book Original Bible Truth written by Ernie Hasler and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2018-09-21 with total page 90 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Bible today has been corrupted. The sacred names of Yahweh have been replaced with pagan names, and ancient religions (as well as their rituals and sacred days of observance) have infiltrated the Christian calendar. In Original Bible Truth, author Ernie Hasler offers a brief but powerful summary of his exhaustive research into the origins of Christianity and how it has been drastically influenced—and adulterated—by various pagan religions over the centuries. With discussions on the establishment of Sunday as the Lord’s Day, the Ten Commandments as the basis of the Torah, and much more, Hasler presents a compelling case for how the world has been deceived by both Jewish and Christian traditions. Yahweh ultimately desires a personal relationship with all of us, and we can become part of His spiritual Israel if we willingly accept and follow His Son’s instructions to keep the commandments as presented in the Torah. Who is Messiah Yeshua? What is the origin of the Christian symbol of the cross? What is Yahweh’s plan of salvation? For biblical scholars and laymen alike, this book is an essential tool for anyone seeking answers to these questions and much more.

Book The Protestant Bible Correctly Translated

Download or read book The Protestant Bible Correctly Translated written by William Harwood and published by World Audience Inc. This book was released on 2017-07-21 with total page 800 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: There has long been a need for a translation of the Judaeo-Christian Bible that did not deliberately mistranslate certain words and sentences for the purpose of concealing that the biblical authors' beliefs were quite different from those of modern Jews, Christians and Muslims. For example, "The LORD" is a falsification of the proper name Yahweh, a god like Zeus or Jupiter. But the most blatant fraud has been the rendering of the Hebrew word allahiym as the male proper name, "God." Allahiym is neither a proper name nor singular nor unisexual. Al means a god. The suffix -ah is a feminine singular inflection, so that allah means "goddess." The suffix -iym is a masculine plural inflection, making allahiym a dual-sex, generic plural, "male and female gods," or, in the common gender, "gods." This translation corrects such falsifications. Book In Your Mouth and In Your Heart

Download or read book In Your Mouth and In Your Heart written by Colin J. Smothers and published by Wipf and Stock Publishers. This book was released on 2022-08-12 with total page 263 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Paul's use of Deuteronomy 30 in Romans 10 has puzzled interpreters and led to many divergent readings. In this book, Smothers argues that what Paul has found in Deuteronomy 30:11-14 is a prophetic promise of righteousness which he declares fulfilled in the gospel of the Lord Jesus, the message of the righteousness of faith. By quoting Deuteronomy 30:12-14 in Romans 10 as the content of the message of the righteousness of faith over against Leviticus 18:5 and the righteousness of the law in Romans 10:5-8, Paul proclaims a promise fulfilled in accord with the original meaning of the text written by Moses in Deuteronomy. More precisely, Paul reads Deuteronomy 30:11-14 as an extension of the reality foretold in Deuteronomy 30:1-10, which points forward to the new covenant experience of faith-empowered obedience, or heart circumcision, which includes the internalization of the word of God--the eschatological torah--by the Spirit of God.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Welcome to HaShem...The Name, a book of ancient discovery!Have you ever wondered why God is referred to as God or Lord? Or wondered if God has a name, a personal name? How did our savior (Messiah) come to have the name known worldwide in assemblies today? As children, we accept the traditions of our parents and even pass them down to our own children, but what is the truth of our savior's name? As adults, we need to investigate with a fervent heart if we truly want to please our creator. In this book, the investigation has been completed for you.HaShem...The Name outlines the model of Moshe (Moses), who received the first revelation of the name of the Hebrew God. He then revealed it to the Israelites who were in bondage in Egypt, as well as Pharaoh, their captor. This name is not to be forgotten, but remembered, spoken, prayed to, and worshiped. Moshe brought the Israelites to Mount Sinai where our Creator further revealed himself and his instructions written by his own finger on tablets of stone, today known as the Ten Commandments. Our Creator is holy and looks for holy people to follow his direction. Within this book, our Savior is introduced, who echoes the same path and further clarifies our Creator's instructions with better promises and also happens to be the Jewish Redeemer.Today, society has wandered and strayed from the Creator. This book will bring emphasis concerning the basic tenets of the biblical faith of our forefathers. Enemies of the faith tear down these laws from buildings. Our Creator's master plan is to place his laws upon our hearts written in like manner, by the Spirit of the Most High; never to be erased by man.

Book Reliable Characters in the Primary History

Download or read book Reliable Characters in the Primary History written by Paul J. Kissling and published by A&C Black. This book was released on 1996-05-01 with total page 226 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This volume challenges the assumptions that modern readers tend to make about four of the Hebrew Bible's most prominent heroes. Using a form of reader-response theory, Kissling examines the assumption that these characters are primary vehicles of the narrator's point of view. In three of the four cases it is concluded that traditional idealistic assumptions do not do justice to the textual evidence in its final form. The work calls upon the reader to consider the subtlety of the means used in portraying these heroes and gives evidence for the decidedly negative aspects in their portrayals.
